just kidding, everyone has different music tastes, i make vids with music cause if i get bored i can listen to tunes and watch ge at the same time ;)

use windows movie maker i guess, also people generally prefer(i could care less) the non music vids

I use VirtualDub (virtualdub.org) (http://virtualdub.org)) and .wav files. They gotta be wav files.

Dude, music videos are pwnage. The videos I enjoy the most are ones with music. I'll watch Karl's Deep Sea A 2:32 over my Villa A 1:09 any day.

Having a video with no music makes it empty. Plus, music is powerful in that it brings back memories.

Music vids can be really cool but i suggest you make 2 versions becouse it's always good to have the original sound as well. However, If you play without music you could make a music vid but still include the original sound(Like i did in Aztec 1:55 vid), However, It takes a little experimenting with the sound levels to make it sound good.

Oh and, use movie maker.

everyone has different music tastes, but if you ever make a video that i want to download, and you put shitty music in it, i will punch you. :(  :(

music vids are great, but most of the ones ive seen from the-elite are just flat out n00bular (im talking about linkin park) |I

while on the subject... do you guys all like bands like this, because i certainly dont. Linkin Park = crap. its that simple. While typing this i already know everyones responce, which doesnt bother me + im sure many of you love music like me... i can certainly count Dan Cervone in this group (his tour vid).

Anyways, try something new, something good. i recieved complains with my vid of depot... that the music reeked. The GO! Team are an aquired taste, but im sure if you checked them out properly, they would grow on you. Music that makes me smile is in my player at the moment aka; the beach boys, pixies and the beatles. Clap Your Hands Say YEAH! are incredible... why have i written this>?!?! meh, i dunno maybe because i have like 5 vids from the-elite with the same damn linkin park song slapped over them.

I too prefer the original sound, but rarely the combination of a "good" piece of music and a good run products a terrific effect :)

I'd say it doesn't really matter what kind of music you use as long as it gives some spirit to the vid. Cause that's the whole point of adding music isn't it?

Well, who cares.  When I get captured vids with music, they'll have country rock in them, so I guess I shouldn't criticise. :p

To add music to your times page, upload a song to your file manager.  Then put in the tag to play it.  Use your HTML hints listed.

First you double click the buddy you want to get stuff from. Then go to the upper left corner of the conversation window and press File then Getfile.

You might need to press "OK" before you can start searching the folders and stuff. Then just search for the file you want and double click it.

This is a topic I can really get my teeth into!

This is my personal opinion, to those that think otherwise are entitled to their opinion, as am I.

Personally for me music completely ruins the atmosphere. If I download a movie that has music to it, I mute it and rid it from my PC, and don't give it half the respect it probably deserves.

You could add music Tactfully to your times like Illu's 1:54, 00, Aztec (watch the vid). But the best vids are those that have the sounds GE itself produces, that way you can feel it a little more, kinda get involved.
