Title: I made a better video capture tutorial

After being visually impaired by Vectorman's page and singular obsession towards GE videos, I decided to make my own how-to-capture page. Unlike Vectorman's, my page doesn't demand that you use VirtualDub/TMPGEnc, neither does it leave me eye strain due to any dark colour combinations.
