Hello all, as it is getting near the end of the year, it is getting time to ramp up discussion about next years meeting(s), and finalizing details. I have talked to several who expressed that, either, they were not yet 18 (so they could attend the east coast meeting), or they were not going to be able to go all th way to the east coast for a meeting. So, I thought I'd let people know about a meeting that is already planned for the West Coast next year, for those interested. (I am *planning* on attending this and the Virginia meeting). It is hosted by the godfather of kart, Kevin Booth. Some pluses for you people! -age limit isn't 18+ (may seem as a negative to some also) -app. 9 day meeting (don't have to come and stay for the whole time, it can just be a come and go if you need to) -Location: Springfield, Oregon -Dates: tentative: June 20-28 If you are interested, please open up discussion here, and tell your west coast elite friends! i might be able to work something out for this! could possibly fly to mainland and rent a car and drive home either before or after! I had a TKEP gathering in my one-bedroom apartment back in August 2005. We had 12 people crammed in my apartment for 4 days of fun. We actually didn't have any problems, and in fact it started a trend of the group to gather at other apartments (there have been a couple of similar gatherings in Portland and Tampa since). Just sayin'.

The first kart meeting was in an apartment in STL, it wasn't a big problem *shrugs*

In other news, Oregon is 30 minutes away from where I live! Unfortunately, Springfield is 8 and a half hours (driving). I'll probably go if I'm still in Idaho at that time.
