Decent commercial. Horrible acting, but definitely caters to all men who are sex deprived and know too much about sports news (which is like say 85% of men watching the Super Bowl.) No one actually goes to godaddy.com but it's a decent commercial.
Hyundai Genesis

This commercial runs off it's success from last year. If you forgot, they had one of the best, most shocking ads last year (http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=nEB3knWwqzw) (http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=nEB3knWwqzw)) which proved to be correct as the car went on to win luxury car of the year under $75 000 (it cost $37 500.) The only foreign car I would consider buying new and very well marketed to fit it's target audience.

Pepsi - Generation Young

As much as I am a Coca-Cola fan, I can't argue that Pepsi had the upper edge in this year's Super Bowl ads. A sentimental generation time line style of commercial always scores well and alas, nothing much to be expected of different from here. A nice run of emotion and fun tying Pepsi to life in it's entirety. Well done.
General Electric - Wind Energy

Cute, fun and smart all in one. Watch it and you'll see what I mean. Shows a simple use of wind energy in practice with added cuteness factor and promotes a clean future. What's not to like?

Just your average funny commercial. One of few good Super Bowl commercials in terms of humor this year. Well done.
Bud Light - Conan Sweden

See above. Slightly more funny if you know Conan's history with Sweden (Sweden Sucks!) and knew about half his band playing with Bruce Springsteen at the half time show. Well done for a shit product (though Budweiser [not light] is a great product with stellar marketing.)

As usual (although generally Coke sucked this year) Coca Cola came up with a stellar ad. A young boy in a strange, uncomfortable world, only to find himself sharing the spirit of life with a beautiful girl after cracking open a Coca Cola. Well done, connects to everyone and an effective storyline in a short time span.
Denny's - Serious Breakfast

Anything with a mafia in a diner is funny, plain and simple. Throw in the most shocking announcement ever made on public television (besides Nixon's resignation) and you have a simply EPIC commercial. Free breakfast for everyone in America? SERIOUSLY? I almost fell to the floor on this one and I can't even seek the rewards.
NFL - Usama Young

Nothing is better than an epic story like this. Humor, determination, love, everything fit into one. A really cool inside feature on one of the NFL's stars. Just a very good commercial that moves everyone who sees it and makes them feel inspired.

The funniest commercial of the night by far. No need to explain why, though if you don't watch SNL and haven't seen these skits before you might find it less humorous.
Budweiser - Clydesdale Love Story

I love this commercial! This is how love should be. Everyone should be motivated to find a love that equates to this commercial. This is why I never understood random hook ups and promiscuous sex. People need to realize that love spans everything and can overcome the greatest obstacles. I really think this commercial helps show that (though unfortunately by it's reception it seems like most viewers of it are too fucked up by modern culture to give a fuck.) Regardless, this heart gripping love story is one of the best Super Bowl commercials of all time.

the Budlight one is funny as hell and the doritos bus where he gets hit by the bus after his doritos run out. Those are the best. The bridgestone moon dancers and the coke picnic come 3rd and 4th for me.

Some of the worst SB commercials I've seen in awhile... (not just these 6, but overall)
I'll go with the Teleflora one since it was one of the few my friends and I all laughed at. mostly b/c of the "naked" line.

Ehh, all in all I thought this was one of the better years for commercials. There were only a couple real standouts, but overall there were plenty of enjoyable ads. I'm starting to distrust this "ugh this was an awful year" mentality, on the basis that that seems to be said EVERY year.

obviously the best commercial was the miller one, but none of you noobs probably caught it.

Personally, I've got to vote for monster.com. A simple concept, but very well executed and with a strong payoff. The Doritos Crystal Ball would be my second choice, while oddly enough the only other choice here that would have made my personal top six would have been the Bug Heist. The other ones I'd have put in the running:
- Pepsuber
- Denny's Pancake Gangsters
- Pepsi Max's I'm Good
With an honorable mention to LMAO.
