After four years on a very small storage plan, thengamer.com was upgraded a great new plan on a great new server last week. Between thengamer and speedrunwiki, there's now a ton of space and bandwidth available- space that I would like to share with YOU!
* did you used to be able to upload videos to thengamer, but can't anymore? there were about 100 accounts with ftp access, but they were all disabled during the server move. I've brought some of them back, but if yours still isn't working, post here and I'll get it fixed up!
* do you have GE or PD or other kind of vids you would like hosted, but you don't have a thengamer account? post here and I'll make one for you!
* do you wish you had some personal space online to host whatever random videos/pictures/webpages you wanted, like marsh [ http://marsh.speedrunwiki.com/ (http://marsh.speedrunwiki.com/) ] ? AND/OR do you know a little programming and wish you had somewhere to try out some php pages, like neo [ http://neo.thengamer.com/ (http://neo.thengamer.com/) ] ? post here and I'll set up a username.speedrunwiki.com subdomain that will be all your own!
Rules: - No pirated software/movies/games/music (obv), no porn (obv), nothing else illegal (obv).
- No deleting stuff without good reason.
Breaking the rules will get you banned from a bunch of places or some such nonsense.
Like I said, there's all kinds of space available so don't be shy, request an account and lets put this to good use!

I'd like all three (though I think I have the first two.) I'd like a place to upload my times pages and original videos that don't always fit into GE. This new sharing is definitely appreciated by everyone in the elite and those who aren't a part but like watching videos!

http://thengamer.com/ (http://thengamer.com/) - you should bookmark it because, if you're me, all the links you ever need are either right there on top or else in the dropdown just to the right! also you can save yourself a trip to google by running google searches right from the bar on top. also there's a bunch of new hosted pages and projects linked from the bottom, one of which might interest you (okay, probably not)
* the QDB is back!

I would love to have a thengamer account (I didn't have one before) to host my crappy PD vids and maybe some vids from other games too. New domain has been created for CW (check your pm), should have a domain for Wabs and account for Bonzo set up shortly (check your pms later tonight).
UPDATE - Okay, Wabs and Bonzo should be set if they look at their pms.
