Which would you rather have?
Would you rather be blissfully naive? Eternally innocent? Knowing enough to keep you alive and happy, but never being able to grow intellectually as a human or race? It would be somewhat like living in the Garden of Eden. You know what you should do and should not do, and never really question it. You don't even question whether or not you should question it. You are simply there, living peacefully in your bliss. You won't ever set goals for yourself, but you won't need to. You'll eat, breathe, find a mate, find shelter and live, just like humans do.
Or would you rather have advanced intellect like most humans have today? The knowledge that the universe is a great place with a lot of mysteries, but also the knowledge that you will never ever know everything that takes place on our own Earth. Most of the questions surrounding you will never be answered by yourself. It is a world of confusion, questioning and eternal torment if you choose to suffer by attempting to learn everything you can; which is still nowhere near everything in our world. You will set goals for yourself, but odds are you will never reach them. How could anyone in on Earth ever truly know what created us and among other universal problems?
