I was just thinking about this the other day, and wondered what your "most seen movie" is.
Mine is probably Predator, not that it's my favourite or anything, but I used to be a big fan of this movie when I was a kid.
-
It would most certainly either be my favorite movie from my grade school years (Jurassic Park) or my favorite movie from my high school years (The Matrix).
-
movies i have seen the most of i can narrow down to maybe 10
wizard of oz
grease
sandlot
forrest gump
austin powers international man of mystery
austin powers spy who shagged me
dumb and dumber
matilda
this list continues... cant think right now
-
Probably either Happy Gilmore or Dumb and Dumber. I watched both of those a lot when I was a kid. Not Another Teen Movie is also up there, but The Good the Bad and the Ugly is slowly working its way up my "most seen" list.
-
Raiders of the Ark, Happy Gilmore, The Matrix, Jurassic Park, Austin Powers 1 and 2, Dumb and Dumber, Anchorman.
Some of those, mostly just the austin power ones and happy gilmore are from when I was younger.
-
Saving Private Ryan
-

For me it probably be The Lord of the Rings trilogy, which I have seen now 18 times a piece (theatrical and dvd together). Goldeneye might be second since I used to watch it a ton back when I played the game (GE) 20 hours a day.
-
Sandlot by far i have seen the most like i know every line of the movie(seen maybe 50 times im estimating... maybe more), Next is proably Top Gun i know every line of that movie too i liked the jets when i was a younger, Happy Gilmore for sure i have seen that countless times,The clint eastwood movies the good the bad the ugly, a fistful of dollars, and for a few dollars more, Enemy at the gates, Angels in the outfield,D3 Mighty Ducks, the matrix , and jurassic park.

-
ha yeah, every year its on and my mom plays it continuously
-
For me, it's probably The Usual Suspects. It's not my favorite movie or anything (probably in my top 20ish)... but my explanation is that I've shown it to quite a few people who never saw it and were interested in it. Just one of those movies in my collection that jumps out at people, I guess.
-
"GIVE ME THE MUTHA-FU*!IN KEYS, YA MUTHA-FU$#IN CO!@-SUCKIN, MUTHA-FU*&A!!!
Stephen Baldwin with one of the greatest deliveries in cinematic history!!!
-
Sounds like a quote straight out of Tony Soprano's mouth!
-
DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp, I would have watched this over 30 times. Coming in close second would probably be either A Goofy Movie or Fight Club.
-
A swedish movie called 'Bert Den Siste Oskulden' (The Last Virgin) which is still one of the most awesome movies ever! It's soo freaking cult to me and my friends. I remember one summer where I watched it like two times a day for the entire summer, and it didn't get old. Pretty much know every line of it still.
Another movie I watched a ton for some reason is 'American Pie 2' and 'Ali G Indahouse' which both were hilarious at the time when you were a teen anger.
Other then that I watched some of the disney movies and Benji alot back when I was a kid. Pete's Dragon hahaha omg memories. You didn't really get bored with movies as you do these days.
Nowdays I've seen Darren Aronofskys movies many times. I just randomly look through them all from time to time.
-
Sponge Bob! Dumb and Dumber right after, along with Monty Python and the Holy Grail. If this would count movies that I've not watched entirely, there are several of them (https://forums.the-elite.net/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ezboard.com%2Fintl%2Faenglish%2Fimages%2Femoticons%2Ftongue.gif&hash=7cfc888ebd66cf455a55fd5e124ee8267da91148)
-
In no particular order,
Home Alone 2 (elementary school)
Christmas Vacation (every Christmas)
Fast and the Furious (high school)
The Matrix trilogy (early college)
Dumb and Dumber
Tommy Boy
-
Die Hard, Die Hard 2: Die Harder, Die Hard With A Vengeance, and Live Free or Die Hard I have all seen 20+ times.
Uhh, Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz 20+ too.
Cloverfield close to 15. Yeah.
Those are my top 7 I guess.
-
I'm not perfectly sure but I think these are the ones I've seen the most: A Swedish movie called "Jönssonligan dyker upp igen", "A View to a Kill", "Dumb & Dumber" and "The Lion King".
Honourable mentions: The Godfather (part 1), Jaws, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, Dial M For Murder, The Elephant Man, Star Wars IV and nearly all of the Bondfilms. And last but not least, A Clockwork Orange
-
Urban Cowboy, Princess Bride, Stand by Me, White Men Cant Jump, Hoosiers, The 13th Warrior, Medicine Man, Blazing Saddles, Braveheart, Holy Grail. Ive seen all 6 seasons of HBO's OZ 3 times through and all 10 seasons of Stargate SG1 2 times through.
Im sure theres more that Ive seen a bunch of times but thats a good start.
Edit: How could I have forgotten Good Morning Vietnam!
-
Kingpin the movie was actually what made me choose my username, oh how much I regret it now though.
It's funny that the OP said Predator, cuz I watched that last night.
In no particular order
Commando
Predator
Kindergarten Cop
Terminator 1 and 2 (not 3, that was bullshit)
Last action Hero (ok I have to break this annoying pattern)
Lion King:D ahh. here we go.
Shrek2
Leon (ohh yeah. I almost forgot about this one, and it's probably my favourite movie of all time too!)
Ehh.. that's all I can think of for now.
Dumb and Dumber ofcourse, there's just too many haha
-
cuz you been "sweepin" with Axxem! (https://forums.the-elite.net/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ezboard.com%2Fintl%2Faenglish%2Fimages%2Femoticons%2Ftongue.gif&hash=7cfc888ebd66cf455a55fd5e124ee8267da91148)
haha you know me all to well
-
Home Alone 2... possibly Happy Gilmore as well... both around 6 times. I watched Wall-E like 4 times in a week when I first downloaded it.
-
Back to the Future 1 and 2 easily. Probably seen them about 30-40 times. I can recite the whole "Part 2" and have been known to do so when drunk or on very long car rides.
-
Dumb and Dumber, Signs, 3 Ninjas, A Few Good Men, Mission: Impossible.
-
dumb & dumber, the mask, lion king, toy story, matrix; each many many times
i watch my favorite movies a few times each; mullholand drive, there will be blood, 2001 A Space Odyssey
-
it's either one of the bond movies (probably goldeneye oddly enough) or rounders for me. (waits for the queue "that means you've seen it twice wheat?")
-
2st time you watch it?
-
what about: "what has been your best movie experience at the cinema?"
i remember watching Minority Report at the cinema and loving it. The Departed was another good one too. But i think There Will Be Blood was my favorite cinema experience.
as for worst cinema experiences i would say harry potter movies, with all the insane fans
-
Best experience was ALL 8 times that I saw "the Return of the King" in the theater!!!
(https://forums.the-elite.net/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ezboard.com%2Fintl%2Faenglish%2Fimages%2Femoticons%2Fhappy.gif&hash=7b9cd982f9a41f9aefcd7ea74682d5f1e4caf4c6)
-
^The Dark Knight for that one. I'll never forget how the entire (packed) theatre reacted with "OHHH!" when the Joker slammed that guy's face into the pencil.
-
Transformers was the best in theatre... when the serene ending came after a 34 minute action sequence I was just so mind blown... I didn't want to leave. I couldn't think. It was just there.
TDK was lame because half way through I was like "wow, this film has no plot" and decided not to like it for the rest of the time.
edit - upon further thought I'm pretty pissed that I've never fingered or made out with a chick at the theatre (or at all) because that would easily be the best movie theatre experience I've ever had.
Weird about Harry Potter, Luke. When I saw Hannah Montana at 1pm on opening day it really wasn't bad. I mean, all the soccer moms were looking at me like I was some weirdo but the 9 year old girls weren't yelling or annoying or anything.
-
^ha good point, I got a couple BJs from my gf like 6 years ago at a couple movies, those were definitely the best...oh wait I don't even remember which movies they were, we didn't watch them!
-
I never heard the term until recently (like last week) but apparently the drive-in theatre is also known as the "finger bowl" for hopefully obvious reasons.
There's one in town where my cottage is, so hopefully I can invite a nice girl out to the finger bowl sometime soon (https://forums.the-elite.net/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ezboard.com%2Fintl%2Faenglish%2Fimages%2Femoticons%2Fsmile.gif&hash=1adea417e08e9042f9ce1a5426616bf29f2ca20e)
-
finger bowl i can understand, but where in the cinema do people get blowjobs? shine some light on this eddie
-

Back row in one of the corners, when there are very few people there. (https://forums.the-elite.net/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ezboard.com%2Fintl%2Faenglish%2Fimages%2Femoticons%2Fwink.gif&hash=4979046fbfc7ed25a03644bf608e503c4aa73f0f) I don't remember us ever having it completely empty, the few times it was like 2-3 other people there, sitting several rows in front of us.
-
haha yeah, like very top row with few people... sometimes the girl places the jacket over you lap like a blanket while she pleasures you...
i remember the first time i got a bj, it was with my ex and right before it happen i turned on the TV and started watching spike tv. Something about cars came on so i felt pretty manly.

-
The first time you got a blowjob was from your ex; shouldn't she have done that already?!
-
Wayne's World
Wayne's World 2
Kingpin
I wasn't counting movies that pop up on the tv, when your doing nothing. I just counted movies I've wanted to watch again, again, and again. At least 15 times each for all 3 of them.
-
I have the world's biggest passenger car, I should get myself to the drive in theatre in Jon's town, it's not a far drive and damn that'd be fun.
-
one of the bonds, dont know which but ill guess goldeneye
well its possible i was force fed a childrens movie on repeat when i was little too
-
Oh man, funny stories you guys...and weird.
Anyways, I forgot a movie: Holy Water (only part one because I haven't seen part two!)
-
Bruce Lee - The Way Of The Dragon. My favorite movie of all time. I've watched the movie about 35-40 times. Also Rocky I and II 20-25 times..
