Hey guys,
As some as you may be aware I'm coming to Virginia for the meet. :) I am also interested in doing something beforehand (or afterwards) to make my trip a little bit longer. So maybe if anyone is interested we can organise a group or at least 1 other person who would like to help me out while I'm in America. Thinking about doing something on the west coast (los angelas + Vegas) before the meeting then flying to east coast for the meet.
Anyone interested in planning something with me? I promise I will get you laid if you do.

I'm also interested in doing stuff before and/or afterwards, though I have no plans or ideas. I'm easy to please.

Been meaning to catch you both for awhile. Glen wants to catch up some time in the next few weeks and talk about the trip. Still not sure if I'll have the time and leave available to go for more than the meet but it's worth talking about at least.
Also I've mentioned this before (much to the annoyance of all three of you) but I probably won't even book 'til June at the earliest, as I usually wait to see if it coincides with any work-related stuff so I can knock more than just the meet out in one trip (like in 2010) - so don't let me hold any of you back from making plans.

Alright let's organise a time to catch up, have a few beers and talk about the meet. I'm free next weekend to do whatever, may be able to have it at my place but it's a bit too far for most of you? I'm keen on a week earlier so we aren't too jet lagged etc for the meet.

Well I live in Los Angeles, Vegas is only a 4 hour drive away. You're welcome to stay at my place. I can take you around a bit here... Mark Jones is about an hour away and Afan is about 2. Let me know and I'm sure we can arrange something :)

My place might not be ideal (not good for people crashing etc) but happy to have it here - you've been here of course, YE works round the street and... I don't know anything about where Karl lives I'm afraid. Only issue is I'm out the next two weekends.
As above though, don't wait for me if you want to meet immediately - I'm likely going to hold you back if you involve me too much for the aforementioned reasons.

I'm happy to host too. I'm in a shared house so there might be a few housemates wondering through the loungeroom (where we'd be gaming, I assume). There's also a back deck with a somewhat decent view.
I can do something this weekend but not the weekend after (Easter). Anything after that is clear.

Hey I'm not really interested in gaming or anything like that at any stage before the meet. So if we get together it's pretty much just to organise shit.
