my dam agent 0:53 was actually achieved on NTSC system not PAL system

I know this may be hard for some of you to userstsd buy please no I didn't want to disappoint you all

I'm truly shocked. I want my 5 bucks back that i donated to the elite when i first joined after seeing 53 on PAL.
