dam agent: the only bad guard really is the guy in the tunnel who can back you or get in the way
dam secret agent: again the guy in the tunnel, but even worse is the guard who likes to double boost you after the switch gate (while trying to shoot out alarm #1)
dam 00a: so many, omg. the worst 2 I think included the guard by the tower who always boosts you at the 1st alarm / gate / modem throw AND the guard in the tunnel behind the first set of boxes you pass. he backs you every other run

facility agent: pretty tough but it has to be the guard who likes to get your way coming out of the console room

Here's my little list:
- Dam: tunel guard that blocks you.
- Facility: the blocking guard after the console.
- Frigate: that stupid idiot who likes ruining good pace runs, next to the first hostage (the one that doesn't aim to the hostage).
- Archives: I doubt here... Or the first guard or the one who always blocks you in that door after the first stairs.
- Jungle: Xenia, though it's not a guard...
- Caverns DLTK: Not sure if the third blue hat guard or that far AR33 guard in Obj C room...
- Cradle: Trev, though it's not a guard. I also hate him on Statue and Caverns.
- Aztec: Second room, farest guard behind a crate, probably.
- Egypt: 3rd Baron.

Worst guard is by far the first crate guard on Aztec. He's always alive when you're like 100% sure he's dead. I mean, you spray like 20 bullets at the crate and he survives. Even on Agent. I don't know another guard with the same characteristics as him. In his defense, he appears early on in the level.
The black guards on Bunker 1 are honorable mentions. Multiple Caverns guards are horrible to deal with on 00A, but that's more of a lag issue really.

I hate the guard inside the satellite room on Silo that ALWAYS blocks the doorway.

I hate that bastard who gives you that awful sideboost on Jungle right after the 2nd drone, but that's because it's still fresh on my mind. I almost have to agree with Flicker about that Bunker 1 guard, he can easily run a good Agent start and make 0:22 on S hellish!

I've really only played Dam so I'm going to say it's that fucking tower guard after the button gate. I want to meet him IRL and murk him.

Dam - guard in tunnel at the beginning
Facility - guards in the hallway before A
Runway - guy after hut on 00 tank strat
Surface 1 - keycard guard on sa/00
Silo - depends
Frigate - nade guy & last hostage taker on sa/00
Surface 2 - first nade guy
Bunker 2 - 1st safe key guy & the two guarding the glass door
Statue - fucker in your way returning
Archives - double klobb in hall after stairs & next guy
Streets - gl guard who seemingly out of nowhere kills u on streets sa/00 & when kf7's spawn at towards the end, the guy who we'd kill for his RL if that were the set
Depot - that guy who sees a bullet fly right in front of him but doesn't react and run out of the train before it's too late.
Train - the two assholes at the end
Jungle - guy by the drone after xenia
Control - 3rd guy in the first room, i always seem to hit his gun. guy who boosts you right before you're about to blow up the glass
Caverns - the two at the beginning
Cradle - dude who can interrupt trev shots
Aztec - crate guard who can see u immediately
Egypt - rando that hits you while lining up for 2nd baron

Train:
-The guard after 2nd break who only appears on fast runs.
-The randomly placed guard who can appear next to the 5th break. He almost always sits down which makes it near impossible to get past him.
-The last 2 guard before the locks. First guard loves to die slow and act as a body shield for the second dude.
Edit: -The guard who always boosts you when you try to do the last break the fast way.

The safe key guard in MF room on B2 is pretty awful. I don't know of a guard that moves more often than that guy from his original spot plus he likes to throw the key a mile away on good starts.

Could go on forever but I agree fully with boss, that guard is such a fucker, and some honorable mentions are the guard before first hostage taker on frigate 00A, the one who loves to run to the door like a retard... guard on right next to remote mines on control who backs you at the corner and makes it impossible to get the mines... guard at t section where klobber is on b2 agent who ALWAYS stands along the wall so you get stuck on good runs... troll laser guard/ar33 guard outside vents on aztec... hut guard on cradle... hut guards on s1... idk could go on forever lol.

The keycard guard in the B area on Caverns. That bastard rolls all the time.
