Yea, Mirror is indeed over ranked and so are Cara and Durk. However, the latter are your close friends, so it is obvious why you did this. Boss should be tier 1 IMO. Relevance is more than just having a successful stream.

Durk - I didn't want to offend you by putting you in Tier 10 with true irrels so I just avoided listing you all together.
Icy - The new strats and all made you a unanimous choice for Tier 1.
Larkin - Try being more relevant. Though nice job on Control 00A 422, not too shabby.
Jimbo - You'd be Tier 1+ and were for the past 10 months really. You said you were taking time off the elite so Tier 2 fit you best atm. The biggest problem with this list is really that I don't have enough desire to update it monthly (which would be a better representation.) Just know you were Tier 1 and Tier 1+ for most of the previous year.
Thiradell - Maybe; especially if you organized an elite tournament or something, though you know you're irrel when your name basically sounds like "irrel."

- Despite being very new, he won G-Day despite with Streets Agent 1:12, which was also achieved with only 1 GL;
- Caked Surface 2 Agent 0:47 in 9 minutes, a time Ace has openly admitted he is incapable of achieving;
- Caked numerous Defection 5s, a time the top 3 in PD (Clemens, Ace, Boss) aren't capable of achieving;
- Achieved Streets 1:11 (if it wasn't for his unusually bad luck he would have untied it);
- Discovered a new trick on Deep Sea;
- Untied Deep Sea Agent... yeah how many people can get an Agent untied in 2016?
- Active in various Twitch chats, Discord, Telegram, Snapchat;
- Has an Aussie accent;
- One of the FIRST Eliters to (almost) have a 100 day snap streak;
- I'm probably missing more but you get the point. This should solidify Jezz's spot in Tier 1+;

Since Goose does not plan to update this anytime soon, I've made my own. Note: please do not be salty about your rank and feel free to inquire about your rank placement in case of doubts.
Factors take into account include, but aren't limited to:
- How soon the person would be forgotten after they left an active channel of interaction (e.g. Discord)
- How often they are talked about, regardless of whether it's a negative, positive or neutral view
- Recent contributions to the Elite
- How long it took me to think of them when making this list
