Rayan "Perfectace" I. - Roger Federer : Hard to dispute as the greatest of all time. Absolute dominance for a decade at any time they felt like it. In 2012 Roger said he would take #1 world back, no one believed him and he did. At the same time, Ace started playing again and smoked everyone else away. Almost every other player's career achievements pale in comparison. A true master of his craft.
David "EliteSAMEDI" Clemens - Rafael Nadal : The one Kryptonite of the #1 player. His career achievements again make nearly everyone else's look dim. Absolute dominance, even able to top the #1 when he puts all his effort into it. Even still being so great, tons of potential lost due to injuries, laziness in buying a capture card, etc.
Marcus "InkosiDeVinyl" Stryker - Novak Djokovic : He had one year which even outdoes any year the other Top 2 ever had. Can consistently take out anyone, including the top 2. Gives them a run for their money every time, but when talking all-time greatness, he's currently just a little short.
Bryan "Aztec Strat Master" Bosshardt - Pete Sampras : All time legend. Historically, his achievements are still some of the greatest of all time, if not the very greatest. His influence on the game cannot be overstated. Played as a legend and retired as a legend. Even when he comes out for fun these days, his skill and mastery of the game is still present.
Karl "SimThreat" Jobst - Andre Agassi : Another absolute legend. On top of being an all time great player, his charm and charisma gave him the ability to transcend his competition. Extremely fascinating and controversial in his time, but well respected in his later years.
Luke "homeonsplice222" Szklarz - Milos Raonic : A great rising star who many tout to be the next legend. Can give the top players a run for their money often, but just hasn't quite broken through with untieds or grand slam wins yet. Is he the real deal? Or will his career only pale in comparison to the other top greats of all time? Only time will tell.
Ryan "Goose" White - Andy Murray : Top tier player for a very long time, can consistently beat all other players except for the top 3 active, but can even give them a run under the right circumstances. Beloved by many, but also hated by many. He can try all he wants but the reality is his accomplishments will never be seen in the same great light as his contemporaries. Better than everyone except who he needs to beat to be great.
Ilari "Illu" Pekkala - Robin Soderling : Very good, if sometimes gimmicky player who had tons of great potential, but fallen off after a short career because of injuries or veganism.
Jimmy "Creeping Death" Bauer - Stanislas Wawrinka : A long career as a solid player, and it took him all of it to finally get to a competitive level with the other top players. Will it last? Is it here to stay? Is he too old now? These are questions we can only find out as time goes on.
Jimbo Barrett - Andy Roddick - America's boy. A very promising, young career which he could not convert into legend status, being consistently squashed out by the other top players. Always could surprise and compete here and there, but ultimately will be remembered for what could have been.
Shawn "Afanoftherings Johnson - Tommy Haas : Old, decent for way longer than anyone would have ever thought.
Eise "Admiral" SMIT - Mikhail Youzhny : Old and really good when playing those at his level, but absolutely terrible when compared to a top competitor.
Ryan "Zergling" Koch - Sam Querrey : Very average American player.
Luke "LuckyP" Pettit - Juan Martin del Potro : Interesting potential, sometimes appears to be able to compete with the greats, other times doesn't. Enigmatic player.

no Wouter?
-
It was difficult because most tennis players are completely irrel after a few years, and there are so few "greats." I was thinking about expanding into both tennis and golf for a bigger player base. Maybe there will be an addendum someday.
Wouter is like Walter Hagen or something. Just ancient, respected for what he did back in the day, but little to no relevance in the modern era.
-
There are lot of old tennis players that fit that bill, Björn Borg? Borris Becker? John McEnroe? Hell even Fred Perry.
-
Don't be ridiculous, Wouter is clearly at least Björn Borg or Rod Laver. Otherwise very good list.
-
Yeah Wouter as Rod Laver makes sense. Later on in life I'll add in a few others including that one.
-
Really surprised that you mentioned me! Thanks. I've never been into tennis, but the fact that you thought of me is heart-warming.

Goose is 100% ernest gulbis, go check out his amazing interviews. Apart from that, great list. Would also make Illu to be murray.

I thought for sure when it got down to Goose's comparison on himself it was going to be this over-the-top nonsense about being the greatest etc. I think the comparisons were very accurate and fair. I liked the comparison of Goose a lot. Well done sir, you certainly know more about tennis players than I do. Amending Wouter, steven, lockwood, would be great. Golf comparisons? Lockwood = Daly?
