It's probably one of the hardest of those that have been completed and took me nearly 2 hours to get my first completion on it. The strat we use on DLTK to stop the spawning guards doesn't work as often on fast animation and was only working on about 15-20% of runs for me.

Nice job!

Fast animation will obv require some tweaking of the strats to make it work with any kind of consistency.

Btw, any reason why you went for the "old old" route? Surely it'd be faster to drive the tank into the alley. clear the path to Val and then run back to alert the spawn guards? Or potenially alert them immediately and clear the way when you're done getting them stuck.

Not that it really matters though, since we're mostly interested in completions atm.

Looked into Runway a bit and it's a pretty interesting level strat-wise. The goal would essentially be to keep the guards standing along the runway (except the guard closest to the battery) alive. It's pretty easy to lure away the first 2 guards into spots where they'll never spot you, but after that it gets much harder.

An interesting possibility is the tank, which can either serve as a mobile cover, or as a tool for getting potential spawn guards stuck. Only problem is there doesn't seem to be many good spots for it. Also, you'll probably need it for the objectives.

I've been playing Runway LTK too and have got very close to completing it with both a grenade strat and tank strat. I should be able to complete it now with your idea of luring the first two guards back to the start of the level. I have died about 2 seconds away from the end using a grenade strat with the objectives completed a few times so your strat will give me those few extra seconds that I need to safely reach the plane now.

My strat so far:

1. Kill the guards at the start.
2. Use the tank to shoot the front-left drone gun, missile battery and guard behind it from as far back as possible.
3. Block a gap in the railings near the roller doors with the tank to try and delay the spawned guards.
4. Finish the level on foot with a grenade strat OR use the tank and finish it like we normally would on LTK/DLTK.

Alright, i think i have an easy strat for Runway now:

1. Kill beginning guards
2. Lure first 2 guards, as described in my previous post.
3. Grab the tank and destroy 1st drone + Battery.
4. Kill the guard behind the 1st drone, and then the guard before 1st drone.
5. Immediately after this, drive towards the guard on the right, and kill him.
6. Drive past the battery, kill the guard, and drive behind the plane.
7. Once behind the plane, you can safely take out both drones without too much trouble.
8. Finish the level. There's should be a few secs to spare before spawn guards show up.

Should work on DLTK as well, with slightly different beginning guards obviously.

Amazing! That actually doesn't look too difficult either, great job!

I used a modified version of luring the front two guards to the building in regular DLTK before, so I'm guessing that by not killing them, there are less spawn guards?

DLTK is way easier than LTK for this, I can see this going sub-130 easily.

There's a more insane strat you can do, luring both guards before you enter the hut. I've gotten it to work only once though, I probably won't go for lower on both.

Great job, wow! I didn't know that the guards when targeting Natalya have their delay as long as normal, thought it would be affected by Fast Animation. Looks like there's some luck involved at the end with where the spawn guards go.

I think Statue LTK is probably possible too. I had my first session on it last night and got to Trev alive without getting hit on one test run. You might be able to avoid the spawning guards on the return with a strat I found at the end of the session but I need to test that a bit more to confirm whether it will work.

I don't think Jungle would be too impossible, it's just having to do the ending pretty quickly. There's a spot that once you reach, the guards stop respawning, so could just fire off mortar shots left and right behind the cave wall, fire another at the hallway as you approach, and then have Natalya take care of the final guard.

Protecting Natalya could be annoying in the level though, depending on the strategies used.

This took about 15 hours to complete and was definitely the hardest level that I have done so far on the Fast Animation settings. The level required a lot of patience because spawned guards are so random and often appear behind you and shoot you in the back.

Played some Jungle today, and somehow managed to get past the first cave area on a completely improvised run. Also i was able to complete the ending pretty consistently in practise by taking out all crate guards from afar (so they don't respawn immediately), then spam GL + RCP and yolo the rest.

Getting through the beginning areas is the hard part though, and i don't know what kind of strategy you'd use there. Tried a bunch of stuff, but nothing seemed particularly consistent. Maybe someone with LTK/DLTK experience would know better.

There's not really a way to single out the guards in Jungle, and letting Natalya take them out doesn't work so well on LTK.

Did a few hours of Surface 1 attempts and research:

I'm pretty sure the best route would be to go along the left wall and straight to the tower, similar to the DLTK route, but there's a sniper that will kill you in like 95% of the runs, on top of everyone else firing at you. Killing the KF7 guard that patrols the tower is helpful for later. Shut down the power, camp at the door until all spawns that are roaming around are killed (usually just one, sometimes two or more), and head to the Grenade Launcher room. Repeat the door camping, until getting to the safe hut, where the doors open outward, so after getting the blueprints, it'd be best to camp inside the tower again. Then head for the finish.

My furthest I've reached is just outside the safe key hut, which is about three quarters of the level. It's a big RNG fest, but this level is certainly possible. I'll probably do more of it if no one else finishes it first.

Excellent work! All the testing and routing with the glitch seems to have paid off a ton! That didn't look too difficult at all, lol. DLTK is probably doable too!

I'd say it's worth sharing in the facts topic, and I'm sure you can explain everything much better than I could.

Just Jungle left now and LTK will be 20/20!

This was quite hard and took about 5 hours to complete. I'd say it was slightly harder than Jungle DLTK to complete. The hardest parts were the guards near the second and third drone guns and the ending. Natalya can be annoying because she sometimes shoots guards and that can lure others as well and I don't always see or hear them coming until it's too late. This can be a big problem near the end so I had to lure her back to the start of the level twice to get rid of her as she often lures grenade guards and gets blown up.

Great job! Definately a very random and difficult level, especially the beginning.

20/20. Guess that's one more difficulty for the history books. Liked the fact that it wasn't just a harder version of LTK, but instead actually brought up some new types of problems and strategies for certain levels (Runway/Surface 1/Statue etc...)

I wonder how far we can take DLTK?

From looking at things right now, I'd say Surface 1 and Surface 2 are both possible on DLTK, Frigate may be doable, but the rest look kind of hopeless. But, The Elite as a community has done tons of insanely, seemingly impossible feats before, so who knows!
