Btw, any reason why you went for the "old old" route?
Looked into Runway a bit and it's a pretty interesting level strat-wise. The goal would essentially be to keep the guards standing along the runway (except the guard closest to the battery) alive. It's pretty easy to lure away the first 2 guards into spots where they'll never spot you, but after that it gets much harder.
An interesting possibility is the tank, which can either serve as a mobile cover, or as a tool for getting potential spawn guards stuck. Only problem is there doesn't seem to be many good spots for it. Also, you'll probably need it for the objectives.
Each random guards will spawn within 2 secs of a guard dying so there's really not much time to work with. Maybe if you could complete the objectives early, before reaching the last 4 guards, then you could potentially kill the last ones quickly and make it to the plane before dying. Anyway, i'll continue to look into it and hopefully there'll be a way to complete this.
My strat so far:
1. Kill the beginning guards.
2. Open the right roller door, and shoot towards the first guard on the left on the runway. Run over to the conveyor belt and hide there until he has reached the spot where you were.
3. From the conveyor belt, shoot towards the first guard on the right. He'll run up the ramp at the roller doors so you can easily move around so that he won't see you.
4. ???
