Unfortunately The Elite Documentary did not go ahead; however, a mystery film emerged...
GoldenEye 007 speedrunner Wodahs-Reklaw achieves Facility Agent 0:43, a high-skill individual level world record. In celebration, he decides to create "the most insane tour video possible", recruiting unqualified filmmaker DsxChallenger in an effort to make the best GoldenEye speedrunning video of all time. This documentary provides an insight into Wodahs' habitat, as well as the struggle it takes to achieve world records in GoldenEye. He also answers some of the big questions.
Filmed on location in the San Francisco Bay Area during the official Elite California Meet 2015

It was really fun to make, this obviously is not supposed to be taken too seriously so yea I hope everyone enjoys it.

This was excellent. :o
It had a great mix of truth, trollery, and creative ideas/ conversation jabs. The soundtrack used was badass, too. Fucking awesome job, guys.
Really enjoyed this.
The ducks and rock shots had me laughing literally out loud.

I seriously enjoyed this video. Wodahs, your attitude and outlook on the game and the community are spot on.
I liked my back-of-the-head AGDQ cameo, too.

As soon as the "nesquikrise" happened I knew I was watching something special. :nesquik: Really well-directed; feels like a proper documentary (still watching).
I'm really glad this exists... I don't even know what else to say.

Haha typical looking Californian neighbourhood. Beautiful stuff. It's awesome when an eliter cares about the community and the games enough to make a documentary like this. It's always interesting to hear insights on speedrunning GE and speedrunning in general from a good GE or PD player, and see the environment the player lives in. Great job.

Great stuff! I appreciated your down-to-earth, candid takes on why you play, what makes us a successful community, and your general philosophy on how to improve. I loved your allegory: speedrunners crafting themselves over time into parts of the larger beautiful landscape.
Also nice to hear of your long-distance running goals, I hope to complete some long races myself in the future. You've got a nice area for training, that's for sure!

A big thankyou to all the kind words from everyone. Loads of credit to Daniel for most of the planning and great ideas.
I'm planning to make more elite documentaries in the near future (especially at AGDQ2016)
