This isn't funny.  It's far too early to make light of a situation like this.  You need to wait at least 1 month like we all did in the case of MH370.

Anyways, the stories are pretty messed up.  Some young co-pilot locked the other pilot out and crashed the thing right into the mountains.  I've heard there's been no single piece of wreckage larger than a car found.  That shows you just how destroyed the plane was in the crash.  Really fucking insane shit man.  Like just imagine being on that plane going 700 mph into the ground.  I feel terrible for all the victims and their families.

^ I did not know any of this. My reaction would not have been the same.

I should really be paying more attention to current events.

A co-pilot intentionally crashed a plane while the pilot went to the bathroom killing hundreds

Yeah it's inappropriate, you are right. Initially I just wanted to post that breaking news FR pic and then I spiced it up too much without conceiving.

I think it's stupid that the media calls it suicide or involuntary manslaughter. IMO it's straight murder on 150 counts. The co-pilot must be quite the psycho, he stayed relaxed the entire time while crashing the thing (known from the FR voice recording, he kept breathing calmly and didn't say anything), even though he was an inconspicuous guy up to that point, what the fuck. I think a technical defect would be much easier to accept for the relatives, but I am sure that some responsible engineers were relieved about the news of a psychological defect.

EDIT: Oh, it just turned out he had a long history of heavy depression and psychiatric treatment. Why on earth was he still allowed to be an Airbus pilot?
