With the podcast coming up tonight, it's worth making this topic with what I got for GE so there could be some discussion. In particular, I feel there could be more tier 5s than currently listed as some of the tier 4 WRs are getting more exposed.

Silo Agent 1:00 is definitely not Tier 1. I could do it in under 50 hours with 1.1. I think Tier 1 MUST imply that if every player in the Top 100 spent 100 hours attempting it, only 2 or 3 would even have a chance at it.
Silo SA 1:08 is better than 1:00 by quite a fair distance.

Solid list. I would rank be 102 as tier 2 along with jungle sa 53. 50 agent is borderline tier 3 . Silo 100 is a tough call. Marc has a lot of dupes so it feels wrong having it be tier 1. Maybe it is 108 is harder though. I get the logic of 108 speed being easier though.

I was talking to Icy last night about maybe doing a totally different type of tier list. Right now there's no reasoning in backing up the tier scores except from personal experience. It would be better to base the overall tier score on weighting key variables. Top players keep insisting something like Runway 00A 35 being at least tier 3. There's gotta be some variable in that level that maybe isn't in most other levels that adds enough difficulty to get it to the next level that is currently not having enough weight. Wodahs also made a point that despite players of lower ranking having a time like Runway 00A 35, that shouldn't just automatically make it a bad tier time. Maybe they put in a crap load of hours into the level or super high level of patience (see Pettit on Frig). Patience is really something that's probably underestimated overall in some of these tiers and a good variable to use.
Heere's some possible variables to help determine tiers:
Strafing
-wide open strafing, more about good lines (Surface 1/Surface 2/Streets)
-narrow strafing, more about tight maneuvering (Facility/Frigate/Caverns)
-low lag strafing ability keeping clean movement (Runway/Statue/Egyptian)
-high lag strafing ability avoiding stucks (Silo/Train/Jungle)
-door opening/warping ability (Facility/Bunker 2/Archives)
-ability to use 2.x (Runway/Surface 2/Depot)
Aiming:
-ability to kill guards quickly (Silo/Frigate/Control)
-ability to take out cameras/drones/brakes/locks etc. (Bunker 2/Train/Control)
-the difficult shot (Depot train shot/Trev shot Statue and Cradle A/Baron shots Egyptian)
-grenade throwing ability (Runway/Surface 2/Cradle)
Patience:
-being able to deal with levels that have no chance to complete on most runs (Frigate/levels where a guard must pull a nade)
-survivability (Jungle/Aztec)
-guard RNG being in your favor (most levels)
-relying on boosts to gain time
-bad animations costing runs
-not getting in the way
-death speeds
Inside knowledge:
-certain levels have inside knowledge that is hard to pick up on just by watching a video, requires many hours of play to get a full understanding of what's going on (Dam in general/Runway 00A/Silo)
This is all I can come up with for now. I'm sure there's other variables that can be used.
