Highs:
- AGDQ 2015: A truly exciting time, meeting so many eliters for the first time all at once and spending the week with them doing various activities.
- Cali meet: Chilling with Wodahs for the first time at his house was relaxing, and we had a fantastic time making the documentary.
- GE play: I felt a jump in my OCB throughout the first few months of 2015, quickly achieving many solid PRs across the board.
- GE videos: tons of fun making stupid videos, though my favourite PR videos of mine are from 2014.
- K a p a p (April - August): What a blast. This massive hoard was quite the journey, and the resulting video is loved by many. A lot of great memories working with Luke and Phil on this project, with a ton of impressive PRs from everyone. The premiere by Wodahs was a hilarious stream.
- Twin Peaks: Watching this alongside Ace, Swiss, and Luke was a highlight. Easily the best TV series I've seen, and changed my perspective on some things.
- Fantasy League: Not as fun as the first league I guess, because Ace and Boss destroyed the competition (these untieds were fantastic to see of course), but still a fun event. Getting Perfect Dark PRs was cool too.
- Swiss Paper Mario casual playthrough: A very entertaining watch with lots of laughs. Ace and I had a great time.
- Melbourne Meet: Shortly after kapap, Phil and I stayed with Luke for a week. Relaxing and fun, a lot of good memories here. Great meeting Phil for the first time, funny guy. Loved seeing all the different parts of the city and various sights Luke showed us. Melbourne is full of life and I will be visiting again soon.
- Top 25/Top 20: Happy to be here.
- My Paper Mario TTYD casual playthrough: Glad Swiss and Ace made me play this. After Boggly Woods, it was loads of fun streaming this. Truly a great videogame.
- Cali meet 2: Stayed with Wodahs again, although I had a sick stomach for a few days and slept a lot. Achieved S1 SA 149 with him guiding me which was pretty cool.
- Favourite PRs: Facility A 0:44, Silo A 1:03 (with Phil in Melbourne), Facility SA 0:54, Silo SA 1:10, Frigate 00A 1:11 (from 1:20), Jungle 00A 0:56
Lows:
- Not getting the job of GE proof moderator: Had no idea Alec was going to get this, but now that I'm PD proof moderator, all is well.
- Conflicts: Many conflicts within the community which are still ongoing.
- GE retirement: I retired in November after throwing my cartridge at a wall and didn't play GE for two months.
- Twitch streams and speedrunning: My interest in many twitch streams and speedrunning outside of the elite has declined significantly.
- Star Fox 64: My times are ageing but that's my fault obviously and I should get back to the game.
- My under 60 point times getting proofcalled (wtf m8)

Highs:
- AGDQ 2015. Good time, awesome to meet everyone
- Comeback to GE after a bit of a break near the beginning of 2015. Got a lot of nice times and records that I wouldn't have expected to get, and climbed up to 12th place!
- During that break I started running Super Mario Sunshine and went from no PB to a top 5 any% time (now 12th) in like 5 months or something. waow! Made friends with cool people from that community.
- Played less GE and picked up some different hobbies
- Being around for a lot of the amazing records that happened this year
Lows:
- Forgetting my sweater at AGDQ
- My under 60 point times getting backrolled (wtf m8)
- Still having shitty internet and can't really stream
- Seeing a lot of dumb drama and posts on the forums
- No real evidence if Pear-Manual Ross Knee is a real person or not

Highs:
- Somehow managed to get 8 GE PRs (an improvement from 2014 where I only got 2). The best being Frigate A 0:24 of course.
- Getting my first untied in MBR PA 1:22 (thanks Icy) and briefly sweeping the level.
- Having Marc at my place and watching him cake Villa A 1:06, as well as getting my current Villa PRs in front of him.
- Multiplayer with Marc and Stefan.
- 61 PRs in PD, majority of them gotten during the summer.
- Aztec DLTK.
- Completing the remaining levels in PD's DLTK mode excluding Attack Ship.
Lows:
- Failing to get Dam SA 1:18.

- GE any% 22:39 at ESA (pretty lucky frig and stat FR but w/e :p ) Pac on the couch and PatrickW commenting www.youtube.com/watch?v=YNQ3jvODjWw
Lows:
- Choked something, deleted the whole broadcast from twitch, well, it's gone now :D
- Only vid of my ESA run I know is with german narration (see above on highs), I guess I should have tried doing something about that while I had the chance.

Highs:
Met countless new Eliters at AGDQ15, some of whom I'm good friends with now, as well as reconnecting with guys I met previously
Sitting next to 0xwas while he achieved the prestigious Track and Field 100m dash WR and everything that followed
Achieved 5 GE WR's live on stream with reaction, webcam, etc.
Transferred Universities, a great life decision, achieved straight A's after transferring
Remaining neutral on almost all Elite drama despite being present for a majority of it
Getting hired for 3 jobs and having the presence of mind to quit 2 of them because they were shitty
Meeting sgt_ragequit through Twitch(!) even before him seriously running GE and having us live within 20 mins of each other, small world
Subsequently meeting Josh116pep and reconnecting with Wetwalrus12 after having met him at AGDQ15 and attending multiple meets with these guys
Didn't PR in any Zelda game, thank god for this
Attempted the Iron Man N64 Triathlon, a legendary feat of speedrunning
Got my 1st car
Achieving A+ and later S+ in Splatoon ranked matches, among the top 1% in NA, despite only playing for a couple hundred hours
Playing epic CSGO games with Mirrormage despite our ping differences and achieving Master Guardian 1 rank at 30 some wins
Started going to the gym a lot, really helps with self image
Lows:
Didn't meet either of Hitekaimerr or Jbop1626 when I visited Boston in April
Didn't PR in SM64 120 star despite multiple attempts to do so
Didn't crack 1k followers on Twitch despite having multiple periods of streaming everyday for weeks
Didn't get a girlfriend
2 grandparents and an aunt passed away
Didn't fund the Elite speedgaming mansion
A lot of family made me feel really bad for transferring universities
A lot of the time I saw most of my family was through a traumatic event like a funeral
Didn't attend a Trump rally before it was cool
Didn't meet any travel plans outside of the Boston trip
One of my friends was diagnosed with terminal cancer
Having a wisdom tooth become infected when it came in, the pain was unreal
Tried to dig deep, all I can think of for now

Oh right I guess this can also be stuff that happened sort of outside the speedrunning scene and the-elite.
Highs:
- 171kg deadlift, 11kg PR after barely training at all for 3 months.
- Working out was just great fun overall, made some ok gains.
- Falling asleep outdoors after Dreamhack.
- Eating Doughnuts at Dreamhack.
- Eating burgers near Dreamhack.
- Eating more food at Dreamhack.
- Drinking Monster at Dreamhack.
- Drinking Coffee at Dremhack.
- Drinking Guinness.
- Drinking Glengoyne Whiskey a friend bought for some ridic price.
Lows:
- Got kinda fat.
- Trying to learn biochemistry and failing miserably.
Actually now that I wrote all this down like this I kinda realized something possibly.

Highs:
- University was great last year. 3.65 GPA in the spring semester and 3.88 GPA in this fall semester (which was honestly shocking). I've learnt so many new things, made quite a few interesting projects and made more friends.
- My GPA last semester was high enough to make me get a scholarship. I save around $1000 from it, possibly more.
- Did an internship in summer break. It's actually a requirement after the 3rd year, but I did one after the 2nd year to save a summer.
- WR'd multiple times in PD. For most PRs you don't really care about them after a few days or so, but I'm still proud of G5 PA 0:49, AF1 SA 1:18 and P2 SA 1:37 particularly.
- Successfully managed to get Eise and Dan Parker to install and enjoy the luxuries of Telegram and Telegram-exclusive videos.
- Seeing so many talented and intelligent people join the Elite. Seeing the WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc. groups grow. Swiss went from not even existing to Tier 1 relevance. The downside of that was being confused with who's who. :nesquik:
- Watching Twin Peaks along with Luke, dsx and Swiss was fun. Great recommendation by Luke. Hopefully Lizzie McGuire this year.
- dsx REMINDING me about Hilary Duff. Maybe her album in 2015 wasn't so relevant, but I hadn't listened to any of her stuff after 2003. Fantastic albums. Dignity is 10/10.
- Watching all these great playthroughs of PD PA, PM64, TTYD, etc. So many good ones to come / already starting in 2016. So many other good streams too. The Luke Rescue Agent stream with various top tier songs and Eric Bond RL streams stand out.
- Trivia being amazing, mainly the summer ones with the animal questions. It sucks Trivia isn't like that anymore and interest is waning..
Lows:
- Being ganged up on by certain factions of the WhatsApp group(s).
- I still regret not choosing Computer Science. Engineering is alright but I'm realising it isn't as relevant as I thought it would be. Maybe I will just learn the things I want in my free time.
- Still a bit skinny. About 125 lbs.
- Still haven't gone anywhere with streaming.
- Lost interest in GE and never PR'd. Losing over 100 points and almost falling to 57xx points sucks, but I still have no desire to even go for easy points or try out new strats.
- The corruption, personality clashes and drama within the Elite has reached a new high. I, along with a few others, try to eliminate these problems by exposing them. It's unfortunate that it caused me to lose my respect and friendship with a few Eliters because I never intended it to go that way.
- Lost interest in learning HTML and web development shortly after university reopened in Fall. I wanted to make a website this year.
- Wanted to publish an article this year but lost interest in that too.
- Didn't make a billion dollar app.

Highs:
- Acquired a good job in October
- Achieved 52nd in points and top 40 in time in GE
- Significantly reduced my alcohol intake
- Started lifting weights and running 5 times/week
Lows:
- Still not top 50 in GE
- Still no Dam 53

In-Game Highs:
-Became PD LTK champion, peaking at 4088 points and having 94+ across the board a few times! Eventually, I worked up enough over Boss so even had he completed and untied AS DLTK, I'd still have 1st, which was important in solidifying myself!
-Reached top 20 in PD normal; never thought I'd get this far!
-Oodles of new strats and discoveries in both games and both leagues! Really happy to contribute in this way!
-Achieved an untied of MBR A 1:18; a major goal of mine! :v
-Homies, Axel and SRT got an untied out of it too, and Mouser even got an untied sweep!
-Tons of PD LTK untieds on a wide variety of levels! Untied swept all of Investigation, Villa, Crash, and Attack Ship!
-The databases thread was a big hit, and I'm happy that others are enjoying it as I do collecting and making it!
-Helped bloom LTK more!
-Lots of great PRs this year, in particular: Invest A 1:12, AS DLTK 23:27, AFO PA 1:28, and S2 A 0:47!
-Got points on 60/60 GE ILs, and now at 201/205 overall, missing only Deep Sea A/SA, Train DLTK, and Silo DLTK!
-OCB and OCJ improved significantly overall!
In-Game Lows:
-Blew getting an untied sweep for life, but not too hung up on it. The plan was also to get Flicker a normal untied, but that didn't pan out either.
-AFO A 54.05 with all the new strats included still sucks. I really believe that had I got the WR, the level would have boomed and 53 would have multiple lines of players by now.
-Still sitting on Frigate A 0:26 TNS, with countless legit 0:23s, many with one hostage.
-Invest SA 2:02 pace (4s untied), but got caught on the third laser.
-Took until around April 2015 that I learned about full speed mechanics. :nesquik: One of the big reasons I flew up the ranks!
-Lots of struggles and chokes, but that's the way it goes naturally. Can't complain too much anyway with all the flukes I pulled off.
-No Train DLTK completion, and no plans to try again anytime soon.
10/10 year overall; can't have legitimately asked for more!
IRL Highs:
-Been working like a beast and my student loans will be $0 by this upcoming March!
-Really enjoy my job for the time being!
-In good shape, although I'm more of a cardio fiend, but still happy for now!
-Moved back to New West and closer to all my buddies and everything! Lots of great times!
-Before that, living in a $1,000,000+ house for awhile was pretty awesome!
-BC Elite grows bigger and stronger! Door's doing well for a new guy, Flicker got a ton of great PRs and is monstering LTK, and I did lots too!
-Lots of quality time spent on reflecting, learning more about myself, and peace of mind!
IRL Lows:
-Lagging behind career-wise, but still moving forward, so can't complain too much.
-Flew solo all of 2015. :nesquik:
9/10 year overall; probably a top 3 year for me thus far!
2016 In-Game Goals:
-Still on indefinite break for now while making Marios and other stuff, but I'll play again eventually. :v
-Likely will need to reclaim the PD LTK throne with the new standards Flicker is pushing, but it'll be very fun and exciting! Dual streams with the two of us will be super sick! PD LTK belongs to BC! :v
-Archives 0:16, Runway 0:22, and Frigate 0:23 for WRs in Goldeneye. Will likely end up settling on Frigate 0:24 though, lol.
-Defection 0:05, and AFO 0:53 for WRs in Perfect Dark.
-Cradle LTK 0:34 at some point, and a bucket list of stuff for PD LTK!
-Top 50 in Goldeneye points, although top 50 in time is fine for now.
-If I get access to PAL, 12th place for Perfect Dark, and also sub 3:00:00 Rare time.
-Untied on Invest SA! :v
Most of these fall under long-term goals, so I don't know how many I'll get this year, but we'll see!
2016 IRL Goals:
-Finish off student loans and save for tuition.
-Go back and finish university either in September, or January of next year.
-Get some sort of proper career going, or at least continue progressing towards it.
-Start running hard again in the Summer.
-More of the same this year, and more good times with good buds!
Really looking forward to 2016! It'll be another fantastic year if everything goes as planned!

- Achieved 15 records this year, 11 of which are still records. The 2:18's were definitely my favorites to get
- Reached top 50 a few times
- Became #1 on the depot leaderboard
- Skipped Facility Agent 0:45
- Depot 00 fast exit 0:24
- Meeting and hanging out with Luke when he was in Chicago, that was a really fun day and I hope to chill with him again someday
- Made some amazing new friends, both in the elite and IRL
- Was introduced to Archie
Lows:
- Still have a massive amount of NAs, and came to a realization that I don't think I'll ever fill out my timespage completely
- Almost completely lost interest in playing games casually
- Remained kinda quiet and a bit of a lurker alot of the time
- Goldeneye distracted me from my other interests/hobbies
- Didn't make any good videos
- Played PD a couple times
- Never hung out with TaylorTot due to conflicting schedules
- Still no Agent 2:18
2016 Goals:
- Statue Agent 2:18
- Depot SA Fast exit 0:23
- Drop Goldeneye for a bit
- Pick up Super Metroid
- Sell some of my game collection
