I am an expert in the field of constructing alt accounts, (they don't call me the man who trolled and lost everything for nothing...) and once I gave it some thought, I believe I have decoded with 100% certainty, "Noah Latour" to actually be an alt of Grav, which he is using to further his "all 60+ point times must be posted with a video" agenda.
Given name: Noah
Noah is an old Biblical name. It's a lovely name that has seen a rise in popularity lately. Grav is a young conservative like myself who seeks inspiration from great books such as the Bible. To pick a "random" name, we often go to the Bible which is chock full of obscure or lesser common names. Noah hits the sweet spot where it's not really common (I don't think there are any Noahs on the rankings) but it's become popular enough in the past 10 years where it's believable.
Surname: Latour
This is the dead giveaway. Surnames are a little trickier. A good way to pick a surname is to go for a "random" city, town or street name, since these were usually named from the surnames of their founders. I googled "Latour, Missouri" since that's Grav's home state, and not only did I find a town named La Tour, but it's practically in Grav's backyard.

A super tiny town of 60 people which is only a few miles away from Kansas City proper. There is no doubt in my mind that Grav knew of the place before, or scanned around and found a tiny town to use as a surname.

These are not coincidences. Given the evidence uncovered, I have absolutely zero reservations in claiming that "Noah Latour" is 100% Graviton posting fake 60+ point times to further his agenda.

More evidence it is Grav.
First off, Flux is a common physics term. Grav is a physics graduate, so it makes sense the alias would be something like this.
Anyways, these are the Wikipedia searches for Latour, Missouri:

This is the highest it's been in 90 days. It also happens to be 2 days before this 'Eliter' went on a PR-posting spree. Coincidence? Yeah right.
So here is a brief timeline of events:
- Grav contemplates for a day about what name to use using Wikipedia to assist him.
- He makes the alt account, using some IP spoofing trick to masquerade as a Canadian Eliter.
- He posts all these records (probably to push his agenda).
- To reduce suspicion, he manually changes the date on half of the records to a couple of months ago.
- He still hasn't posted anything on Discord or the boards yet. Usually Grav is very vocal about these things.
Could this be the new most degenerate act in the Elite?

- At 16:32:29 UTC on 8 December 2017, Grav messages TheFlash asking for the account "PrinceOfPain412" (created 20 September 2017) to be renamed "Papa FLuX" in the database and email address reset to "grav4815162342@hotmail.com" due to "an email request from a guy called FLuX"
- 16:34:18 UTC, TheFlash reports that the changes have been made as requested and did he need anything else that day
