Scenario:
Imagine you are a cop, with the power to arrest someone. For some inexplicable reason, your brother does not know about your job. You witness all of the events listed. Ignoring the fact you may or may not be liable if he was ever caught (because you knew about the offense), which of the following crimes, if any, would you arrest him for? If you don't have a brother, then consider these cases with your best friend.
