I am accused of shoplifting 2 bottles of whiskey from a liqour store. I am going to court on Monday. With one of the best defense attorneys in NJ. If I lose the trial I get 90 days in jail. If I win I walk free. They have no video evidence no witness and just the police report. For which I was read my rights 30 mins later at the police station.

Does that really go on his criminal record for employers to see? With just $400 fine I could imagine it's an administrative offense (like a parking ticket) or misdemeanor with a record only visible to the justice system and the police. No idea about how that's implemented in US law though.
Requesting details on the "officer misconduct".

Thank you Luke, I appreciate it mate. I also appreciate that you looked passed the bullshit and could see I have a problem which is why i was stealing. For alc/drugs. Im going to stick with it and get healthy again. I leave in an hour
