I think at one point I was averaging 50+ posts/day, most of which were in FFA.  To the point where Ngamer capped it around 25 or 30, or maybe even 10.  But then we were organizing league or something (the challenges one) and I threatened to destroy the entire forum if he didn't up my post cap again, because I needed to post to communicate necessary league messages.
