It looks like the moderators didn't like your post, probably because it contains personal attacks on another community member.
If this is in retaliation for attacks upon you, on this forum, please point it out so we can understand what is going on.
I don't see anything in any of your previous posts here to indicate that you are a problem user, so I'm going to remove your warning level at least long enough for you to respond in this topic.

Scott, he's trolling. He's been known to post extremely vile communiqué. Unbanning him is the last thing that should be done. He can respond to you via PM if need be.

The tone in the post seems carefully considered and definitely has elements of Goose's posting style in it. Even down to the obvious lies and hyperbole. It's not just someone ranting out of nowhere, so I'd like to know more.
It seems like the poster is very upset about something because the rest of his posts here are actually very good. He asks good questions and doesn't insult anyone, until now.

He wants you banned from the site because he thinks you are a convicted felon? Is there any other reason?
Are you the person mentioned in that article? I'm not sure that it directly matters either way, but it would be nice to know.

Yes. He also cites my Reddit history as reason to ban me, claiming that my posts are not representative of good conduct within The-Elite community. I am not the person mentioned in the article despite the community-wide libelous claims within the Discord server.

I don't know anything about your Reddit history but the Community Code of Conduct the moderators have put together does not seem to mention any kind of general morality clause or anything like that. I'm sure there are many posters here with questionable postings anywhere on the internet.
Your posts here until this topic have all looked respectful and you have seemed to participate nicely.
I'm still thinking we're not getting the full story though. The other moderators are using words like "extremely vile".

[Banned User #7], I'd actually like to apologize for ever bringing up that article about that guy with the same name as you, as it has been confirmed that it is not you. I was the one who brought that up originally in karl's chat months ago, I regret it now since it was not you.
Comparing the mugshot and some smash video of [Banned User #7] we can see that they are different people.

Stuff like this is just going to make people even more mad at you.
I totally understand if you and Goose will just never, ever get along. These things sometimes happen.
But don't bring that here.
And don't go around every spot on the internet harassing him (or any other site member...or person, for that matter).
That goes both ways too, though.
These are serious issues that we all need to consider.
Harassment of any kind does not belong here, even in Gentlemen's Club. The joking, having a little go at someone you're good pals with is usually fine, but for real, we can't just go on like this.
Based on what I've seen so far, I probably need to remove most of the unsubstantiated claims you've made about Goose here, and you probably need to sit out from the forums for a week or so because you posted them.
But issues like this are bound to happen in the future and we need to have real discussions on how to handle them.
