GARD is looking for another member to join their council. Duties may include:

- Working with GARD members to resolve rankings related conflicts and manage rules governed by the rankings
- Attending regular voice meetings with GARD members
- Reconciling differences between various prominent Eliters
- Not running away from the server when any controversial incident occurs
- Maintaining the GARD log of all decisions made
- Developing Twitch/Discord bots

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven leadership and teamwork ability
- Good analytical skills
- 2 years of experience with GE/PD (minimum 500 points in either game) OR an ACF (Ace Credibility Factor) of AT LEAST 0.4
- Experience with the following software: OBS (preferred) or XSplit, Sony Vegas, Adobe Photoshop, AmaRecTV

PREFERRED:

- NAME begins with 'U'
- 4 years of experience (2000+ points in either game) with GE/PD OR an ACF of 0.6+
- Experience with previous controversial incidents in the-elite
- Programming skills (Git, Python, Discord/Twitch API)
- Good relation with most Eliters already
- Understands Elite jargon

Why is it that when someone wants to bring good, HEALTHY change, they are immediately shut down without any counterargument from the opposing side?

I think we would make a GREAT team. All of us are well-liked in the community, some have decades of experience, many are relevant and possess good decision-making and bullshit-detection ability, and all of us very much have the-elite's best interests in mind.
