Title: The-Elite gaming twitter account

Hey i'm noticing the-elite twitter account is inactive and i wanted to ask if i could take over ownership of the account and update some stuff since the profile picture looks like it's from 2002 and whatnot, could use a makeover, and i would be posting often on it since i use social media a lot
