Sound off, mates.
Personally I'm partial to carrots but I can't think of a vegetable I don't like.
-
I'm gunna have to go with Jack Nicholson in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. :nesquik:

Carrot is fairly low down on my own list, I don't seem to care much for the texture whether cooked or not. Carrot cake, however....
Onion is probably my favorite. They're great after being cooked, but I really like the crunch of some fresh cut onions on a sandwich or whatever.
If your definition of vegetable includes peppers, then banana pepper and bell pepper are right up there, possibly ahead of onion.

Really tough call. I love onions, but they aren't something I'd ever sit down and enjoy alone. Same with jalapeno.
I think I'd go with squash, if we are including all variants as a single selection.
-
Obviously I'm not just gonna bite into an onion by itself, but they are delicious and basically every savory dish can be improved by adding onion if it doesn't already have it.
I think peppers and squash are fair game. I'm not going to be out here rules lawyering on what is and isn't a vegetable.

Ahhhh tough call. My first thought that came to mind was cucumber; the great taste and water content. If I sit and think a minute though I've gotta say it's green pepper. Add it to anything (similar to onion) and it and the dish tastes great.

If you count it, Potato, cant go wrong.

Red pepper and onion

Got to be parsnips.
If I cook christmas dinner it's got no potatoes just parsnips.
-
Spinach
-
Tomato

I love cooked onions, and broccoli is something I can eat by itself easily.
-
Tomatoes and cucumbers
-
Garlic and onion.

onion

Onion is the easiest answer of my life
-
Very difficult to answer this question. Carrot tastes amazing with Carrot Halwa. Onions taste amazing with curry. Potatoes are used to make healthy Maccas fries. Cucumbers, capsicum, tomatoes, etc. are excellent for salad. Peppers are top-tier. Spinach is insanely rel.
I can tell you the worst vegetables though: turnips, gourd & cauliflower. I retired from eating those ages ago.

Putting aside any irrel semantics discussions of what classifies a fruit vs a vegetable, it's a toss up between Pumpkin and Broccoli for me.
Not counting potatoes because they're too fucktus to be counted as a vegetable and not counting vegetables based on what they can be used to make (tomatoes don't win just because I like tommy sauce or crushed tomato paste is used in chicken parma for example)
