Streets Agent 1:13 was backrolled to 1:14
*If a time you post is proofcalled and is deemed unacceptable to be on the rankings, it will not change one year later simply because the time drops below 60 points. The time will be taken down again for the exact same purposes already explained to you in the past. If this is a continuing occurrence then account freezing may be in question until you're able to submit a time with accompanying viable video proof (as outlined in the proof policy). This also means that Twitch clips or non-embed links are unacceptable.
**Also, if an unproven time is improved without new viable proof by the time the original time's proof call period has ended, I still backroll that time.The new time is then under scrutiny and expected to have updated viable proof by the end of the next proof period. If this pattern happens and the NEW unproven time is then improved again without viable proof given for any updated times, the time/player may be frozen temporarily. Obviously it's not a pattern that can continue. Hopefully players catch onto if they're doing this, even unintentionally.
Example: Player A achieves a Silo Agent 1:02 (proofcall-worthy immediately at 88 points). No proof (or insufficient proof) is provided by the next proof call, but Player A achieves Silo Agent 1:01 (92 points). The proof period comes to an end and the 1:02 gets backrolled, but not the 1:01, as proof can still be provided. Player A then achieves 1:00 (97 points) before the 1:01's proof period ends. At the end of this period, either the 1:01 or 1:00 needs to be proven or both will be backrolled to prevent the pattern from continuing.
I'll more than likely privately message players who look to be in this loop, who are at risk of keeping an improving level unproven. Freezing won't be an issue unless it's suspected the player is doing it intentionally.
That being said:
Blake Carroll's Control Secret Agent 4:08,
and Luke Szklarz's Control Secret Agent 4:04 were backrolled underneath improved, unproven times. Hopefully 4:07 and 4:03 (respectively) can receive viable proof by September 1st. :pimp:

I brought this up in the discord and it kind of fizzled out, but I wanted to know what is going to happen with this time? Its been copyrighted and isn't viewable in Canada, US, and wherever ov is from (:nesquik:), and possibly multiple other countries are affected which is why I figured I'd bring it to the attention of the proof call.
