"Other risks include exposure to repetitive actions over time .... can also lead to Raynaud's"
I've consulted a few medical experts, and the general consensus is that excessive force and awkward positioning of your fingers (i.e. alien and 2.x) on the N64 while playing can constrict blood vessels & have incredibly DETRIMENTAL effects on your fingers. If you are 30 or above, then I STRONGLY suggest you cut down your playing time & get an angiogram of your hand to see if anything is wrong. The next time you play, you should feel your fingers during a break just to see if they're a little cold.
I probably won't retire even after reading this VERY important information, but will definitely cut down the grinding & be more careful with the amount of force I exert on the controller.
Cheers,
Ace

Is “keyboard” in any way disadvantaged?

Keyboard players tend to struggle with crouching and pressing L or R for any reason.

The question is a bit vague. If you mean in terms of controlling the player, I agree with flicker. If medically, I think it's less harmful.

Raynaud's
Let me get Jimbo on the line.

Just another reason to stretch/flex hands, and take regular breaks

Yeah I meant controlling Bond, not medically. I’m sure some of you will suffer from Carpal Tunnel when you’re 50. But hey. Get United’s or die trying.
