Humans are habitual by nature. (My now unsourced) Studies show that ~40% of what we do during our waking hours is habit-driven.
That being said, which shoe do you put on first before you go out - left or right?

I think there's probably a habit of doing things from left to right that most western people have stemming from the fact that we read from left to right.

The last time I put shoes on, I did the right one first, but I know that I frequently do the left one first as well. My best guess is that I do the right one first 75% of the time.

I would vote but thinking about this for more than 5 seconds at a time makes my head spin and i get really uncomfortable and therefore have not come up with an answer.
Side note, should I see a doctor?

Abstaining because no option other than Left or Right. I generally put on whichever shoe I happen to pick up first, which is determined by their proximity to me which happens in a non-predictable fashion when I throw them when I take them off.
As for which order I take my shoes off I don't know because I don't keep track of such things. Thanks for reading my blog.
