Title: [2019 Community Awards] Nominations

Now that 2019 is done, it is time to recognize those who contributed to the community. As we have done in the past, forum badges will be handed out for winners in various categories.

I have some ideas about people the awards might go to, but I don't want anyone to get left out, so let's set aside a week or so here for you all to submit nominations.

If you think you or someone you know deserves consideration for a 2019 community award, please send me a PM (or post in this topic) including the details of what that person has done for the community in 2019.

I would like to nominate myself for adding !tut command to b00ter007 and some other improvements :)
