As you should all be well aware of by now, Pauli and I designed a hashtag for our use over the course of the last year.
This hashtag, in its full, legal representation, is #takecontrol2019
Known and acceptable varients, such as changes in color, font, size, capitalization, augmentation, and diminution, also count as uses of this hashtag.
Most unfortunately, over the last calendar year, it appears that several Eliters took it upon themselves to use this hashtag for their own unauthorized purposes. In several cases, these uses even broke standard Eliter Etiquette, making these offenses much more heinous.
As such, the ROYALTY COLLECTION SQUAD (hereafter referred to as the RCS), has released its official Audit of Questionable, Unauthorized Activities of Eliters (hereafter referred to as AQUA-E).
The AQUA-E takes the form of this forum post, written by myself, the Chief Investigator of the RCS. All known offenses are detailed in the form, along with any possible exceptions or augmentations. The AQUA-E first delineates what is considered as "fair use" of the hashtag. Following this, there is a list of all known violators and their number of known infractions. Each violator is then covered in detail with as much evidence provided of illicit use as possible, and each violator's fine/sentence follows their Portfolio of Explicit Aggression (referred hereafter as their PEA).
Please read through the AQUA-E form below, and note that all fines/etc. must be postmarked or covered before the 17th of January, 2020 (this is, coincidentally enough, my birthday).

AQUA-E 2019
SECTION 1 - ACCEPTABLE AND FAIR USE OF #TAKECONTROL2019
1a. Any use of the hashtag by any member of the RCS.
1b. Any use of the hashtag by its original creators, Adam "Flechr" V. and Paul "Pauliwood" M.
1c. Any use of the hashtag may be approved and waived by any member of the RCS for any reason.
1d. Bots may not be persecuted for use of the hashtag, however, bot posts may be used as evidence of violations in an individual's PEA.
ANY OTHER USAGE is declared as improper and illegal and will result in prosecution at the hands of the RCS in the form of an AQUA-E and individual PEA.
SECTION 2 - LIST OF ALL KNOWN OFFENDERS
The following list includes all known violators of the fair use of #takecontrol2019, listed in order of most violations to fewest. Full rankings or discord names are included to avoid confusion and misidentification. Any Eliter who is aware of a missed violation by either themselves or someone else may come forward to a member of the RCS and receive amnesty for any of their own violations, provided that their name is not already listed below. Any violations found after the release of the AQUA-E by a member of the RCS will result in immediate and irrevocable punishment, even if the individual accused has received amnesty. To rephrase, amnesty is revoked if someone admits to some, but not all of their violations, and any of the remaining violations are then discovered by a member of the RCS.
Violations can only take place between January 1st, 2019, and December 31st, 2019. This accounts for different timezones.

Absolutely horrendous display.
As mentioned in Flickerform's and aperturegrillz's PEA's, the production "PD" was a massive violation and misuse of the hashtag. As the most likely culprit to promoting its use, in particular it being emblazoned on your whiteboard, you are receiving the brunt of the punishment.
