Imagine a world where technology progressed only 5 or 10 years sooner than it did, and the first "golden age" of GoldenEye gameplay was all livestreamed. Sure, some of the "mystique" around these grinds might be better left unstreamed, but what are some epic records you wish you had watched play out, streamed live, over the course of months, until the heroic run finally took place live on stream?
Here are some epic grinds and records I think would have been epic to see livestreamed:
• Clemens Train Agent 1:00 UWR (still an NTSC-EN WR to this day) (Clem nearly went into medical shock)
• Marc's Dam grinding in January 2011, down to 116/155
• Boss Statue 00A 2:18 (would have been so insane to see the failed runs and praying for the FR)
• Illu going for Defection Agent 0:05
• the Wouter Jansen Streets Agent 1:13 grind, and Marc 1:12 grind for that matter
• Chuya's Attack Ship Agent 2:06 grind :nesquik:
There are some grinds like Illu on Aztec, which I think are left better unstreamed. The mystique and "reveal" when he got a new time was just so epic to see. The anticipation of seeing a new post in the WR topic, but not knowing how much lower he got, until you clicked, was just amazing.
I look forward to seeing what some others have in mind on this topic.

Pretty much any Clem 2008-10 era grind
Ace December 2007 PD domination

Seeing the chaos surrounding the Aztec Glass strat live.

Henning streaming himself splicing multiple runs

In seriousness, watching Henning play Frigate would have been very interesting. You wonder, if streaming was around; would he have spliced? The same could be said for all the splicers in history, myself included. With more eyes and pressure watching every move; would it have been more suspicious to randomly appear with an amazing WR on Frigate, one you got off stream; while you had been streaming hours upon hours of Frigate regularly?
I often wonder how these sorts of things would have changed the history of speedrunning.

Outside of individual level achievements, the best thing to see would be seeing Boss and Wouter 2002-05 ish just UWR after UWR, and Ace/Clemens in the late 00s.
If streaming, youtube and that 2012ish level of technology were around back when i first came across The Elite back in 2004 i probably would have joined and could possibly be decent at this time after 16 years of playing  instead i end up stumbling back upon it after randomly seeing videos from Goose and Karl

I personally would find the pre-Wouter era the most interesting, because the strats would be the most different and blokes were getting Untieds every day.

Off the top of my head:
1. Boss Caverns SA 1:14, basically anything he does is pre-twitch to me since he never started
2. Wouter Bunker 1 0:17, wanna say he grinded like 200 hours for that absurd run using awful strats
3. Illu Defection 5, his MBR PA run was such a good reaction, I imagine he lost his shit at 5
4. Jimbo Cradle 00 37, I have fuzzy memories of my immediate reaction after, other than basically throwing my poor mother off the computer so I could tell Boss I just skipped from 44 to 37 and scored the untied.
5. ParagonX9 Invest 2:51, the original insane massive time cut new strat time posted by the PA OG himself.
