Title: Is there a early Dam Custom level available?

I want to play a custom level of Dam that has all the objectives that got moved away.
Like taking the boat to the secret island and collect the bungee cord and then jump off and use the piton gun to get to the facility vents and then do similair to Train when you use Watch laser to get down the vents. Is there a version of that available somewhere?

As far as I'm aware no one has done it, it seems like it would be fairly extensive to add in another vehicle and several new gadgets to the game as well as probably making it the biggest level in the game at that point. It was most likely meant to be included to remain true to the films, but I doubt it would be interesting gameplay and would make the first mission a lot more confusing to casual players. A lot of levels were designed to be more linear for this reason, since few FPS games up to this point had anything more complicated to do than get to the end of the level.

At least with the release version if you were playing on agent you just had to fight your way to the end and wouldn't even have to be able to read, let alone knowing what a piton gun was and how to select it, knowing how to operate vehicles and finding your way to all the objectives without any in game guidance. Some of the later levels and higher difficulties may have complicated things more but at least the first few levels were accessible.

FWIW I've heard such a thing was planned at one point, but I don't think any related assets were ever really created. There are the buildings seen in the distance but it's little more than scenery. Considering the amount of stuff cut from the game that still exists in the files, it must have been scrapped pretty early in development.

There's also dam island 1.1 and there may well be others. Afaik GE ROM hacking was / is pretty active.
