Making a post cuz' people aren't quite sure on how to record/stream with separate audio tracks in OBS. It was brought to my attention that ricky has also made a video about this here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OFNG0Tq30H4
This method is actually really fucking good if you plan on streaming/recording using the method that Ace posted a while back but I'll be focusing on only using 1 instance of OBS
This is really simple so I'll keep it brief.
Open up your OBS settings and make sure your desktop audio and mic audio is set to whatever device you plan on using:

Hit apply and close the settings window, then go to Edit -> Advanced Audio Properties

Now for each audio source, uncheck every box under "tracks" except for track 6. Then proceed to choose a single track for each source. You can either copy how I usually set mine up or you can choose different tracks. The main thing here is that you want 1 track for each source, then a track with all the sources.

Now go back into settings and into your output tab. Make sure "output mode" is set to advanced, then under streaming select audio track 6. This will make it so when you stream every track will be audible for your stream. If you don't want this, you can go back into advanced audio properties and take whatever tracks you want off track 6.

Now head over to the recording tab and also select the audio tracks. You're able to record with multiple audio tracks now that we set it up, so go ahead and select the audio tracks you want to be in the recording. (For me it's audio tracks 1, 2 and 3)

If you followed the pics, you should now have everything on separate audio tracks for when you want to render PBs out. The advantage of doing this is that you can have 1 recording for both RAW footage and also reaction footage. The way I have it set up in the screenshots makes the capture audio Track 1, meaning the game audio will be the default audio track when playing back the recording in VLC/MPC or w/e you use.
Here is an example of what a recording with multiple audio tracks will look like in VEGAS:

From here you can change the audio levels or just delete the tracks you don't need for a render. This should be pretty similar for other editing programs, too.
