Recently, I kinda fell down a small rabbit hole about lost media. While the pure definition seems subject to pedantry, in essence it would be media no longer readily viewable by the public for one reason or another.
In the 20+ years of t-e, it is certain that important vids that have been misplaced or lost but perhaps not forever. While efforts have been done by individuals to find and archive missing proof videos as seen here (https://forums.the-elite.net/index.php?topic=22518.msg468237), what specific videos can you recall that are missing or lost to this day. These could be ancient record videos/tutorials/highlights/fun vids/video projects that never saw the light of day/etc and I'd be curious to know what the older crowd recalls. If the topic takes off, maybe it will inspire a search or resurface of these lost artifacts or maybe they should stay where they are and remain memories.

I liked the music version of Denis Lucid's CI PA 1:37 (https://rankings.the-elite.net/~Denis+Lucid/time/40251) a lot, but can not find it anymore. It used the very dramatic song "Requiem For A Dream", which in gaming videos is probably as overused as Linkin Park or Evanesence, but fitted the insane new strat and the circumstances at the time really well.
I also liked the music version of Taka's Escape PA 3:16 (a two-second UWR at the time) (https://rankings.the-elite.net/~Taka/time/60251), but the song got muted by YouTube, as it seems.
Also, there once was a mockery website called something like "A Tribute to Frigate Agent", which was somewhat funny, but seems long gone.

I could mention a whole lot of Marc videos but I'll just mention one that I vividly remember, and we know it is lost forever.
Frigate Agent 23 - Got boosted after the bug throw almost exactly like Karl's 22.

Perhaps the actual tape with Greneby runs is still in existence somewhere in a dutch attic. It might be worth asking Matthijs.
There's probably lots of other ancient videos that once were on tape but are now gone forever (?). Wes and Sterling tapes come to mind. And Woll once asked me about some of his lost videos.
Wouter probably has loads of videos (including his own LTK and Turbo times and the 2 missing PD runs) which can be made available.
I also remember Henning mentioning that there is a video of his P2 SA 1:52 but he never bothered uploading it. Henning also used to collect plenty of videos and you could probably find interesting, currently not available videos on his external hard drive (that is if the videos haven’t been deleted yet).
Personally, I am a bit ashamed as to what ever happened to my Facility DLTK 2:22 video and I have no recollection as to why that particular video is gone. One possible reason is that I bought a new laptop around that time and that this run was on my previous laptop.
There are also PLENTY of multiplayer videos that never have been made public/available in recent times including me vs Bozon and me vs Marc vs Stefan. But of course also multiplayer videos by and with other players.
Not talking videos, but there are also Swedish meet pictures on my hard drives (other swedes might have them in their possession too).

Old story but if the files containing that Cold Reception run along with whatever other runs in that batch ever possibly surfaced that would be wild, seems unlikely/not possible
