If you want to keep the donation bar but still don't know where to put it, instead of just putting it on the gameplay, here is a layout example for you, minimize the gameplay a bit and put the donation bar on top of it, i'm surprised you already didn't do it since a lot of the previous layouts you had on your silo streams were much better than what you had for Dam 00A attempts.

I would personally just have the donation bar on the side (could maybe just rotate it 90 degrees), because the recording/video height dimension matches the capture feed exactly, so resizing the capture feed would actually lower the quality
