I wasn't sure what to put in the choice boxes, so this will have to do. Would love to hear players opinions on this topic! Need a good warm-up level for my current grind.

In general I reckon Frigate as it’s sort of an “all-arounder” in that you exercise most of your fundamental skills (Movement, Being a good shootyboy, lag management, etc.) throughout the course of the run.
Really depends on what you’re warming up for though.

I only ever play 1 level at a time, so I "warm up" by playing whatever I'm playing. I do take time to practice every bit of the level as warm up though, especially Invincible runs on LTK/DLTK.

I do the same thing as Icy more or less. Doesn't make sense to warm up on a level you aren't playing, but I could be wrong.

Levels that don't exactly benefit from squeezing out frames in your movement don't really help me warm up quick personally. You could argue that all levels benefit from squeezing out frames, but it's much more important on agent levels for example, and especially less important if you are just playing a 00A level for a PB. But I totally get what you guys are saying, and more or less I do the same.

I don't warm up, but an objective answer would be levels such as Frigate SA. Plus, if you're really lucky, you might even get a PR during the warm up. Other good picks are Silo A (waiting out cinema is not optimal however) and Facility. In short, levels with plenty of doors and warps.

There is only 1 option.
Facility Agent.
Difficulty is important in this - Poll should be difficulty specific.

depot warps

Another vote for "whichever level you're working on." I've never had something next up on my hit list and said to myself, "I bet playing a different level will help me pb here." But I'm not wr competitive, so.... I guess the most skill-intensive level might be best for someone else, but it seems really counter-intuitive to me.
