Last thursday i got severely sick. The fatigue was at a maximum level and i had so much shortness of breath. I then found out that i've had the disease anemia for many years and that it had only gotten worse over time. One of the many symptoms is shortness of breath. I also discovered the reason why cannabis had been so addictive to me for years is because it gives you temporary pain relief from anemic symptoms, while in reality your body still feels like shit inside. I thought it was mainly a psychological problem, because as above so below, but i've been working hard for years on healing my psyche which was a success, so i could not understand why my body was still very ill.
I did some research and found out that vitamin D cures anemia. I know that in the northern hemisphere, it's pretty much impossible to get enough vitamin D from the sun and foods since there's generally just not enough vitamin D in it, with a very few exceptions. It was getting hard to breathe and i was starting to panic, so i called a trusted friend. I told him that i need a rich source of vitamin D immediately and if he could help me. He told me to go to the supermarket immediately and buy cod liver oil from a classic norwegian brand. We are lucky to have Norway as neighbours because their waters and fish life is so clean and rich. I went on my bicycle to buy several bottles immediately. (one tea spoon per day is recommended, but my friend told me you can take 2 tea spoons the first time you take it).
What i experienced is what i perceived as a miracle at the time. I layed down to meditate and just within a few minutes i could breathe deeply into my lungs like a little baby. My breathing hasn't been as good since i was a child. My whole body was extremely relaxed. After about 30-60 mins i got out of the bed and immediately noticed all my joint pain was gone and how much stronger my bones and muscles were. Especially my chest muscles just pumped up. I noticed how all inflammation in my whole body was gone. My teeth and nails got strong as fuck. Very strong heart and no more uncomfortable feeling around it. My skin and hair looked a lot healthier. The lower part of my eyes looked a lot healthier and normal. I didn't even know my vision was so blurry and colorless before taking the liver.
No problems with my stomach anymore, no depression, no social anxiety, no mood swings, almost no anger, no overactive internal voice, no ADHD symptoms, boosted brain power, SHARP and fast focus, no fatigue, perfect lungs. Zero cannabis cravings. I can finally say i can live life on MY terms exactly how i want it. Now, if you only are a bit deficient in vitamin D, it might take some days before you notice a change, but if you have an extreme deficiency, dramatic effects can be seen immediately. It didn't matter how healthy my diet was before taking the cod liver oil, because there are several important nutrients your body cannot absorb properly if you are vitamin D deficient, such as calcium and iron.
The trusted friend i called recently got covid and got a mild flu out of it. He then took cod liver oil and got better immediately. If you don't have enough vitamin D, your immune system cannot function like it should and will literally be begging for vitamin D. This is also why the corrupt trillion dollar medical industry who owns the world and all mainstream media is responsible for this fake pandemic have been doing a lot to suppress and ban vitamin D information. Keeping people sick over a long period of time is the biggest profit the rich elites have. After all, psychopaths are not capable at feeling any remorse. Why should they care about you at all? What we are dealing with are just extremely intelligent and organized psychopaths. Manipulate the population to live in fear, sell a bunch of toxic dangerous vaccines and make more profit. (which aren't even vaccines, but gene therapy, which is very sick stuff).

Antithesis: Present a solution to a problem which you created in the first place. People happily accept.
Synthesis: One global, totalitarian government of tyranny. (A plan that will inevitably fail fortunately)
After reflecting upon my experience, there isn't really anything miraculous about my story, even though vitamin D has been called the miracle vitamin. One could call it the primordial vitamin as it comes from the sun, and all animals in nature get enough of it somehow, to strengthen their brain, teeth, bones, heart, immune system, etc. That is why you don't see animals in nature die of sickness. Also, D is not only a vitamin, but a very important hormone! Here in Denmark, our ancestors were forced to take a tea spoon of cod liver oil per day as children, and they never ever got sick. It is a secret remedy that was used in order to build this country up.
Not only is cod liver oil so rich in vitamin D that a single tea spoon per day is enough, it has a PERFECT vitamin A - D balance! And is also rich in vitamin E. As far as i know, the 3 most nutrition dense foods in the world is beef liver, cod liver oil and salmon roe (all the high quality kinds). Salmon roe possibly being number 1. Something like eating the brain of a certain animal might be as nutritious as the 3 mentioned. I would like to get some high quality salmon roe one day even though it costs a fortune.
You can really save a lot of people's life quality just by recommending adding cod liver oil to their diet, whether they are anemic, have astma, cancer, ANY kind of disease really. Glad you are feeling better. Vitamin D is really important. Lots of people don't give vitamins the credit they deserve. I was pretty vitamin deficient till recently. Not sure how this post turned into calling the pandemic fake though. I think you can safely say vitamins are essential without putting on a tinfoil hat.

Yea vit D is great I'm sure, best source probably sun since you get also the full spectrum light, some say it can be stored in the fat tissues why I experimented with getting fat + getting alot of sun one summer and then going without vit D supplement over the winter lol.
I mean I know some people are having strong reactions to people making all kinds of claims and yea you gotta not let it get over your head because there's always more to learn.
I mean I listen to Ray Peat alot and he actually claims pufa (polyunsaturated fats) like omega 6 and even 3 are not at all the health benefiting fats they are made out to be. He actually claims that the benefits of lowered inflammation and relief from autoimmune diseases would be from the pufas infact supressing the immune system. So you have a effect like eczema that I suffer from and I take cod liver oil I could probably get relief from it but it would be because I supressed my over reactive immune system.
Anyways these are complex matters and I've learned more and more how little I know from listening to people who are very knowledgable about biochemistry and they many times have opposing views too on many matters.
It's great that you got relief from your symptoms Marc and maybe you should keep doing what works, I'm just saying the amount of info out there about opposing views is pretty mindblowing and after taking an honest look at the sciences out there I gotta honestly say I don't know shit really. Offcourse I can't let this stop me from trying stuff and trying to learn, I'm myself honestly just doing what I've seen works on my own body, even though I've realized now that things are alot more complex than I originally thought they were.
That one time you recommended fasting to me was interesting, it was quite random and I was very skeptical after everything I've gone trough, but hey it ended up getting rid of the chronic eczema I had been suffering from all my life which was insane. Well at least until I ran into problems with energy and then started looking for better ways. Nevertheless very interesting, I still might go back to trying to find some fasting routine that I can keep to because troughout all the things that I've tried nothing and I mean nothing could get rid of it completely like with fasting and I have also tried cod liver oil in the past aswell.

Sure, diet in general can be complex matters, but there is nothing complicated about the majority of the population being vitamin D deficient and the serious problems that follows with it, and how the corrupt medical industry does a lot to suppress important vitamin D information. It is crazy to think about that most people are missing a HORMONE that makes their body function like it should, like myself before cod liver oil when my body was very ill.
And just an important correction regarding you saying i got relief from my symptoms, this is not what we are talking about at all. Cod liver oil literally cured the whole cause behind all my symptoms, thus the symptoms never ever came back since. Sure, just getting relief from symptoms does have some value in the short run if you are desperate (whether it's cannabis like it was in my case or some other substance), but it is no good long term solution. The body will thank oneself for finding the long term solution, AKA the cure to the cause of all your symptoms.

During the pandemic people are so focused on talking about the modern medicine side of things and lockdowns, while missing what general healthy habits can do to your survival/symptoms rate, such as getting vitamin D and zinc.

My diet is still far from ideal, but over the past year or two, I also began taking Cod Liver Oil. I take it in one capsule, around dinner time; and I definitely feel better in taking it. I haven't really gotten badly "sick" in a very long time... I think December 2019 was the last time (it may have been COVID-19 tbh, as it was floating around at that time, despite no one reporting on it yet), and perhaps the Cod Liver Oil has something to do with it.
Funnily enough, when our first dog developed cancer, sometime around the late 2000's, my mother began giving her Fish Oil capsules. She surprisingly survived an extra 2-3 years beyond when she first developed cancer. Did the fish oil have something to do with it? Who knows. But in any manner, once I started taking Cod Liver Oil, I gave a capsule to my current dog, Trixie, who really liked it! Nowadays, whenever I go to open the bottle to take a capsule myself, Trixie will come running from wherever she is in the house, to come get a capsule too. She enjoys the taste of the fish, I'm sure.
While I tend not to go full tinfoil these days, I do believe that there are a lot of effective natural remedies; not always to cure, but to improve and maintain your health & wellness. Oregano Oil is another one which I use, if I'm ever feeling groggy or feel like a cold is starting to come on... it really just shocks your immune system back in place (at least for me, anecdotally).

Exactly! So much focus on avoidance in the outer world, when the focus should be on the inner world! (A very strong immune system which can easily fight any illness by getting all the vitamins, minerals, healthy fats etc your body craves with at the very least a very low amount of refined carbs/sugars). After all, we catch a virus every 3rd. day in average, so what's the fucking point. One study showed how none of several people with covid (what i call a common cold/flu, "cough cough", there has always been elders with diseases and a weak immune system that gets killed by a common cold/flu, nothing new under the sun here) didn't have a vitamin D deficiency.
Not to mention how some very informative videos on YT on the importance of vitamin D to fight "covid" or any illness gets deleted by Big Tech since vitamin D information is one of the things that would destroy a lot of their corrupt profit the most. The "medical" industry has kept people sick for as long as possible for a very long time, in order to create maximum profit. There's literally no higher profit the rich elites gets than this. I've heard good things about oregano oil as well. That's awesome that you're taking cod liver oil and that you're giving it to your dog as well! I hope it's a high quality oil you have because a lot of the products are rancid and not very good for you and can even have some bad effects. If you can get the Norwegian "Möller's Tran" like i am taking that's definitely perfect. As far as i understood, Norway has the perfect climate and waters to sustain a very clean and high quality fish life.
