Title: Urgent Information Required

I was recently made aware that my Caverns 00 Agent time of N/A went from 500th place to 501st place. I personally take great pride in keeping all of my times in the top 500, and I demand to know what happened on the rankings. I worked very hard for that time, and I find it appalling that you lot would just sit there and let these egregious events occur.
