Your personal usage, i.e., not that of your household. On a Windows 10 computer, you can check your past 30 days usage by typing 'data usage' on the search box on the taskbar and clicking 'data usage overview'. If you've been using multiple networks over the past 30 days, you'll have to total the usage for each network. This of course, excludes mobile devices, for which I'll make another poll.
According to decisiondata (https://decisiondata.org/news/report-the-average-households-internet-data-usage-has-jumped-38x-in-10-years/), the average monthly Internet usage per household in the U.S. was 350 GB last year. How much higher, or lower, is yours?

323.12 GB
(Approximately half of the time during the past 30 days I wasn't staying at home and the PC was turned off).

I picked the 500GB to 1TB option; although I regularly exceed my 1TB limit, other months I barely use any.
