Given that the time given is about 15 minutes long, could there be multiple records unhoarded?  Perhaps 4 or 5 Untied WRs?

Facility SA 0:50 perhaps?
Frigate SA 0:57?  This would fit the bill as a surprising/shock untied which Ace could have "caked" with good luck in one or two sessions.
Maybe a Villa or G5 improvement?  I suppose G5 fits the "Bold G" hint.
