Just use Sam's Totaliser, which he talks about here:

We'll I finally figured it out and made a little proggie for the ti-83 for it.  Ill try to have it online as soon as possible so anyone who has an 83 can dl'it and use it.  It saves ur times for every level and difficulty and properly tells you the total hours, minutes and seconds for each difficulty.  It's really cool.

Um, yes, so does my Excel spreadsheet, which also gives you total times for each level on A+SA+PA, plus totals for missions like Area 51 and dataDyne, and average level times, all in full colour.

Nyah :p
