I start a new topic here because a gay @#%$ up the other topic , so I don't want to see my point of view reduced into a ridiculous stamp ;)

I have three main things to say , here are they:

1:I really hope that the new Air Base WR (1m16) is taped.I mean...getting a new untied WR on such a technical level , with 1.1 style , and after 4 months of inactivity , well forgive me but I'll say "congrats" after having seen a tre vid made by a true moderator.

2:Shade's tape prove nothing at all.The gap between getting a flawed 1m18 and 1m16 is huge.Plus he just wanted to prove his good straffing skills.Well Perfect Dark doesn't work like that.If getting good times was just a matter of straffing , then everybody would own every WR...Coz pressing Up-C and the stick doesn't change with the player.When you reach a certain level (I would say below 1h50), your straffe will stay basically the same until you die , aka you straffe is nearly perfect.Other things come into play , such as luck , stamina , motivation , reflexes , memory , experience.And that precisly is what shade doesn't prove with that tape.
If you gonna believe his 1m16 because he sent a flawed 1m18 , then expect me to claim 1m18 PAL with a flawed 1m20 (which is not that different from a 1m18 NTSC)

3 : Have you watch Gregk's movie ? It lasts 1m56 if you look at the windows media timer.But the intro is captured , so the run starts at 0m10...1m56 - 0m10 = 1m46.The run lasts 1m46 if you avoid the time he loses by pausing and the last 10 secs of the movie which try to show a rather blury endscreen.

I let you conclude what I think.

As I said in the other topic , the RUN ( not the vid ) begins at 0:10 and finishes at 1:44 ...

Really weird for a 1:48
Even if the vid seems to be screwed up at some places , that's still a gap of 14 seconds between the time ( 1:48 )  and the time the run takes on the vid ( 1:34 )

Stop complaining about that tape he sent to GregK to proof his strafing skills isn't proof for his WRs. We know it already, ok? We weren't even supposed to know about that. It probably was just a friend thing. Now I have read that he will send out 5 compilation tapes (all containing the same stuff, including alot of his WRs), so we'll see if they'll arrive. If anyone seriously cares so much for proving another fake, come back next year. I don't care what you think he is legit or not. Just stop getting at him. If he really is going to send those 5 tapes (even one would be sufficient, so what more do you want/need (this is not a question to reply to)), than you should rather be thankful to him wanting to proof himself even after all this @#%$ you threw at him.

I rest my case.

I can't see why I should bethankful to a guy that just pissed on the Elite three months ago and now want to be reintegrated , claiming ake times and sending gay tapes.

aww... vinze, shut the @#%$ up... man, the vid is like 1:44 CUZ MY PEN CAM IS STUPID.. my vids are WAY faster than the original run... u too, Wabs, why on earth the vid has to fit with the run? man, i dont believe u said such a thing.. do u know something that's called FRAME RATE? u dont appear to know that, really. maybe u've watched those perfect vids, like those by paragon, zeebo, matthijs, etc ur entirely life. now u watch a stupid vid, with a very bad framerate and stuff.. it's normal that u were goin to notice that it's way faster than the others.

like woll said, there was no need of makin a topic like this again.. u were dumb doin it, and u also said stupid stuff..

Yeah i was a little bemused by the vids at first. But then i realised greg k's 51 extraction that he sent me was the same quality, and did the same thing with the timer. So yeah i guess that's just how his vids will always look.

for the 187397163876th time.. shade wasnt worry about sendin a tape with all his wr's and stuff, he didnt want to send a tape and validate all his times.. he sent the tape just for fun. i made that topic i though some ppl would like to see that..

Wow, did you ever notice how much K.. owns? the ownage level is far beyond any other player in the entire universe. Personally I love K.. because he is sexy and he is a spankingly good pd player.

Have you ever also noticed how K.. acts un-electromagnetism-istacally? It astounds me still, even though I have been aware of his un-electromagnetism-isticallism for quite some time now.

edit: oh, and might i add that i'd be an excellent mod..i would have totally deleted this topic right after it was made.  every topic in this forum ends up being the same arguments.  i think this forum should not allow the making of topics.  the only topics in this forum should be the wr topic and the pr topic; everything else should be deleted or put in some lame forum at the end that no one will bother scrolling down to.  yes..

Gregk, just experiment a bit with your webcam, try some settings etc. until your vids look near-perfect. You say your webcam sucks, I highly doubt that. I have a webcam, created tons of decent looking vids(even Clark couldnt see the difference between my vids and a capture card vid), so if I can do it, you should be able to do it too.

These arguing/insulting topics arent contributing anything to the atmosphere here. I agree with Woll on that. If someone is requested to provide proof, god damn provide it!
