This is my VERY first NTSC tape ever, although it looks the same as PAL. I could watch everything well, only the colours weren't there on the TV I used (pretty old). But it said so in the manual of the VCR that that could be the case with older tvs... so don't worry just yet..
I'll figure out how it will work out with making the vids, and I'll try my very best. But I can assure you Vitro is for real

I learned some tactics and stuff which will be nice whenever I will go play PD. I see that I could easily get in the top 20 if I put some time in it.
oh, and I learned some crazy Brazilian language and how they throw cakes!

I could catch some colours, but then there was alot of interference, and that's worse than just black-white and good view, you know.
I'll make a topic asking people for their settings in general chat.
anyway, I'm uploading the vid right now as I'm writing this, so it should be up when you read this. Get the vid, watch it, and judge if it is good enough (it is quite dark though, but that's mainly because it is deep sea, you know, I doubt the other levels will be dark). Then post here what I should do...
I'm sure it will be solved sometime.. I mean the colour problem, but I really wouldn't know when. It might even take months.. if nobody is willing to help me get the right settings, I won't be able to pull it off.. I tried for like 2 hours.. I need to know what country I should use (also country code), and the channel is of importance! Now I just use my normal settings, with PAL and Holland and such, but that's the only way to get a good view at least.. So ANYBODY help me out!!

Anyway, the program I used with the NTSC standard, is the only program I have which can use that, and I tried to capture the escape agent 2:29 with it, and the computer froze immediately (I had this problem many times with this program).
So I used the other program, which has never had this problem yet, it always goes well. Problem is, it has no NTSC option, so I can see black-white again, but it only fills about a bit more than half of the screen vertically. Horizontally you see it fully. the part beneath is just totally black I believe.

I'm not gonna use the other program (with ntsc option) anymore, it's way too much an hassle. The program I'll be using (which I used for the vid above), I will keep using if I don't find a better one which doesn't freeze the computer either. The quality is the same, only the vid size is somewhat smaller (not the file size though).
I'm going to look for some other capturing programs right now, and if any of you people now a good program, tell me!! I need to know. You could help me out greatly. If I don't find any, I'll go on capturing all the other vids, like the one above (escape 2:29).

I redid the escape 2:29, with deep sea quality and size.
I also did AB SA 1:48, AF1 PA 1:31, AS PA 3:44, Escape SA 3:34, G5 PA 1:04, Villa Agent 1:11.
