as you might know, i got a thing that connects my VCR to my computer, and i can open a little TV thing and watch what is on my TV.  i can also record what is playing on TV.  which means, if i put in a tape and hit play, i can record my tape, on my computer.  to make a long story short, i can make my own vids online now.

i am lazy, but i hooked it back up just now, and made my AS PA 337 that got deleted.

thats where i am gonna keep my vids.  im about to make Ruins SA 140, Ruins PA 153, and CI SA 132, as i just found the tape they are all on...im gonna try to find AS SA 256, but i didnt mark the tape it was on.  also, im gonna get out my copy of my tape i sent, and maybe throw war A 26 and some others just for fun, even though ngamer said he was gonna make vids of them...well, cya.


edit:  the files are mp2, and my AS PA is like huge size. (224,949 KB)  i dont know much, but i think that is a little too big...

k got my CI SA, AS PA, and both ruins up...i dont know, but i think they are really big size, but my computer is good so it doesnt matter for me...so like, the CI SA time could have been 131, had i not got a skedar boostback, because the lift was just fully opened as i got there, it might have been about halfway, which would have saved my like half a second, and the hostage room was crap...i can do that way better.  ohh, the ruins runs both sucked.  my PA, i was about to glitch to where the bridge was, and i almost fell, off because the skedar shot me, so i had to get back up and try over, then i had red life at the other part where you have to shoot the skedar...so i shot it, ducked back and waited for it to stop shooting and finished it, so i lost time there.  then, i got a suckass door, so i think that should have been 1:43 or so.   my SA run wasnt as bad, but i did mess up the door going up the ramp after jumping across bridge, i pressed B too far away and it didnt open...and i got hit by slayer from the skedar on both runs, losing some life.  yea, whatever, just watch the vids and see...about to put a few more up.

yea so, most of them suckass if you watch.  and they all seem like huge filesizes, but who cares, im glad i finally got some of my vids online.

may i suggest using tmpgenc to compress them. it took 107MB videos to 4MB

ok i need a little help with this :rolleyes
everything i get is like 150+ kb, and im not sure if that is big...but thats 1.5 MB, which means, my 2.25MB Attack ship would take like 4 just to fill a gig...that seems kinda big?  i tried a file compressor on it, it went UP!  i went from 2.25 MB to 500MB!!!  i tried the one PDPlum suggested, its at downloads.com, but it wont download, so i was just browsing for one, and i found "ezzip"  it works, but like i said, it works reverse...it made my files larger.  ohh well.  also, is there a way to make them a little brighter?   mine are kinda clear at some parts, like you can actually see the time, but things like the start of AS, and the start of extraction, you cant tell what is happening...i gotta mess with this stuff, im new to all this vid making stuff.

btw, will someone d'l a vid and tell me if it actually works?  they work for me, but just wanna make sure.  (gotta right click save as....)

i have a 60 gigabyte harddrive....although i should have got 2 40's and split them bitches up, it would be faster...but my computer is fine, i was just wondering about the file sizes and all that for those who dont have as good of computers....otherwise, if i dont figure it out, they are just staying like that.

ehh...i changed my AS PA, i made a brighter one...you can see whats going on the whole video.  pretty good..

yea, as long as my computer is on...which is always...although, we do reboot once in a while, but we keep it on, day and night.

yea uhh...im gonna put up depot A 0:16 (turbo mode) since its a WR there.  i suck at goldeneye.  therefor i have to resort to turbo mode to get records...i wish a good player still played there.  i see a few records can be taken down (i have had failed 0:57s on caverns SA, and the WR is like 1:04, i just suck at objective A, or the damn scientists die...) and i think im gonna put up another insane lock i got on dam a (on the run on turbo!)

so are my videos working for everyone?

and iggy, make sure if you are typing the site out, you have the www. at the start.  it doesnt seem to work without the www.  strange.

i made a vid of the fastest setup on ruins for those who dont know..who knows, maybe someone will get the WR using it.  i did it kinda slow, just to make sure you guys know which ones...otherwise you might not be able to tell what im doing.  but somethings gay, i cant put it in my folder, so i have to wait a bit and get that fixed.

please make them wmv on your own! It takes me ages to download all of them, and if you're about to get more, I'm not thinking about it to get them all. Especially not now the DL speed also slowed down:(
I git the AS PA of 219 MB converted to 7,30 MB now.
I have it in my get file, Vitor has it now.. so yeah.
Make the files friggin like 2 MB a minute!

So... umm... are you now able to convert videos and compress the sizes and add logos to the front when you'd like, but you just haven't put those up to be downloaded yet?  Because if not, for the third time, talk to me on AIM and I'll get you all the software you need.

Why don't you convert the lasting mp2s to wmv aswell?
It takes me about 2 hours or more to download a frickin vid of less than 2 minutes in mp2 format:x

this is like the 3th - 4th time I am downloading and it suddenly stops/doesn't continue after downloading it for over an hour already.

The first 2 times I cancelled the downloads on my own, but I could resume them later on, they just continued where they stopped. But some others I had to start downloading all over again.

Please wmv all of your vids. Replace the mp2s by the newly made wmvs.
