lose all your friends, quit your job(if you have one), forget eating, and play a hell of a lot more.

Tough question. Becomes clearer if instead of "train" it's practise (practice???;) ) ...

Basically the best way to become better is to play levels really. After you get a great time on a level you won't say "yeah but i'm still not good, cos i only got that cos i played for ages" ... That's not true. You got the time because it's the time suited to your skill level.

When you get down to it, the only way you can get better is to play the levels, fast. And also think. Don't just do stuff, understand why you're doing it and you might think of a better way.

I knew he meant practice because we say 'I'll train somebody to do something'. Kind of means learn.
For training:
Accuracy - 8 dark fistsims, all falcon 2s, LTK, fast movement on. Stand somewhere where you have loads of space and try to hit them with just 1 shot. Actually try to line up the crosshairs exactly, don't just shoot wildly.  Slowly restrict the amount of space you have to work with by changing where you stand.  Eventually end up in a really small space with about 5 entrances.  The room in complex (with the square balcony thing) is the best place to go.
Speed - Play solo for fast times.
General ownership in radar use, speed, accuracy and level knowledge - 8 darksims, all falcon 2s, LTK, no teams. OR 1 REALLY good human opponent (better than darksims any day).

A human cannot be better than a Darksim. He may kill it and wins sometimes , but he's not better. He's just more intelligent I guess.

I don't mean better skill.  I mean better to play against.  yeah.  Because of intelligence and stuff.

Here, try this.  Just go play some CS with Fast Movement on.  When you go to play solo everything will seem slowed down.  You can even almost pretend it is in slow motion.

You should just put in 2 either perfect or darks in a small level. It would get you angry, but you'll get use to it.:hat
