Where can I get on the elite list and how. Do I have to send in records from web cam or anything????? Plese tell me all you know about this, PLEASE!!!

Just put up a link to your times page.  If you don't know how to set one up, check my guide (it's linked to all over the place).  Don't worry about proof unless you've already got a bunch of near-WRs.  We'll take care of the rest.
