Many or probably all of you won't know me, but I was a member about 1 year ago, and I was wondering how I go about re-joining the elite, Do I just do a fresh join or what?

Well since you were banned, you might need proof to join again. You'll have to talk to Ngamer or Youse.

Lol ive seen his name around, i dont know any of his story though, so id say let him back in or something, who knows.  not me.

me thinks he got a bunch of wr's without any form of proof or somehting... woulda only been about... 8 months or so ago though that he was here i think.

I was in a rivalry with Friend here. As I recall, every time I set regardless of how much effort it took me, he beat almost instantly. Went on to claim some suspiciously fast PRs on the route to the top until he was banned for lying and failing to provide proof.

If you think one year is long enough to be forgiven, unlucky. Ban once, never return.

i don't forgive until at least 15 months after the incident.  so one year is clearly not long enough for us to forgive, as sam said.

Seeing as mods are reading this topic...

On the rankings table, beneath rescue (i think that's it, but, if not, then something near it) there is a DOUBLE (keyword) blue line, instead of single.

What's with that?

There's an empty tag in the source code.

That adds an extra (empty) row to the table.

that's always been there.  i'm assuming that it's necessary or something and if i remove it that the entire elite would never work again.
