Umm.. One simple question...

On the first mission, is it possible to do that glitch thing if I fail the first time, go up and do it again? I haven't been able to do this yet, so I kind of need some "tips" on what to do to manage this glitch... I do it like in the video, but still it doesn't work, or do you HAVE to make it the first time?

Yes, to practice just fall down, open the door and try to get the glitch to work.  It will probably take a couple hours the first time, but it will get easier with each successful attempt.  Just make sure to strafe the corner as fast as possible without hitting the corner.  Go to the following link for SamSim's "Defection for Dummies".  That should help you get the glitch.  www.geocities.com/samdhug...strat.html (http://www.geocities.com/samdhughes/pdge/strats/defectionastrat.html)
