this hoax was by far the dumbest thing you guys have done.  I've lost ALL respect for the admins of the site.  You have lost a person that was here 2 years.  you guys absolutely not only went too far you screwed with people here.  Especially me.  and I won't stand for it--I hope other people along with myself get out of the rankings.  This wasn't a joke, jokes are funny.  You don't fake hack your own site that just loses traffic and potential visitors.  So please take me off--I no longer want any association with you.

I'm not pissed off that people "destroy" my views  I'm quite ok about that sort of thing.  unlike some people I do in fact respect other viewpoints whether I agree with them or not.

--I'm pissed off I was lied to over and over again (and it wasn't april 1st--it was today in fact)

and by the way nemesis--one post like that and the one you made in the general chat topic and I'll have you banned from the ngc-elites.net forum faster than you can say tapioca.

you seem pretty adamant about leaving... and that's sort of a shame.  i wasn't around a lot of the internet yesterday, mostly concentrated on the joke going on here, but both www.fark.com and www.somethingawful.com both put up fake hacked sites.  both of those sites also are known to be widely popular.  i can't really see why anyone would get offended by this, it was just an april fool's joke.  it was not meant to be up for over a day, but both jon and i were very burnt out and went to bed long before 24 hours had been up, and we wanted everyone in the US to see it too, even though in many other parts of the world it was well into the 2nd.  i don't see how respect could tie into any of this.  none of us had any malicious intent during the monthlong planning of this event, and meant only for the best.  i'd ask you to reconsider, but i'm not so sure you would value anything i say anymore.  but i'll ask anyway:  reconsider.

1st--I told him (renemesis) specifically if he would make a stupid or flaming post he would be banned and he did--it's his own fault.  Not mine.  I'm not going to be a mod of a forum that sits there and does nothing while flaming goes on.  I absolutely refuse to do that.  It's not so much the personal problem I have with him directly as it is the one where he makes completely useless or flaming posts.

2nd--No one would have cared if I left anyways, and I probably still will.  I definitely will not be checking the forum as often as I used to.  but it doesn't matter no one cares anyways.  My attitude is irrelevant.  I had to make my feelings known, that's who I am, I'm not going to sit back and take it.

I laugh at all the people who've formed an opinion on me and they have absolutely no idea who I am.  that is one of my personal "pet peeves"

as for the people who called me a moron/idiot/whatever--you do realize you're going to be eating those words someday, right?  I'll make sure of it.

that has got to be the absolute worst grammatical sentence structure I've made in my entire posting history.

Tyler, i DONT hate you, i dont really hate anyone on the internet.  I'm just disappointed with your attitude recently, and the AIM conversation where you claim to be fake at least 4 times was just ridiculous.  Blocking you was the right choice, for now.  If youd reduce the percentage of stupid/offensive posts, and just get yourself validated, all would be well.  Really it would. I don't hold grudges unless someone seriously offends me to excess....and i dont think that you have.  The only person that ever really went too far was Karl, for that i will never give him any slack.  Then again, hes gone for good.

And i guess im hypocritical, in the fat that i get offensive if someone pisses me off (well relatively)...but i wouldnt get like that otherwise.  My conduct on these boards is still pretty decent.

Wheatrich, seriously man, don't be so damn uptight.  After taking the entire situation into account, I though it was funny as hell.  You sound as if you are upset simply for the fact that you got fooled.  The mods played a trick, and you fell victim to it.  The point of April Fools is to joke around and have a good time, and when you get upset about something that was all in good fun, you ruin the joke, and turn it into a big deal that nobody wants to have to hear.  This is the kind of crap that makes you look like a n00b, I know you're not, but just suck it up and admit that you got tricked.  Quitting now will just confirm your immaturity, and make you look like a moron.  From an outside standpoint, you just look like a little kid who wants attention.  Please, spare everyone the time, and just drop it.

-PS.  Did you join the elite when you were 7 years old?  Because you say you have been here for two years, and you act like a 9 year-old.
