That's right, guys, believe your eyes: these are the ACTUAL numbers as of tonight for this month's POM.  Incredible as it may seem, we're experiencing a huge PD resurgance.  As a matter of fact, it is quite possible that this month will see not one, not two, not even three, but four 1,000+ point gainers!  That would be only the second time in history such a feat was accomplished (the last, strangely enough, was exactly one year ago, April of '02).  So, without further ado...

April 2003's Movers and Shakers

?. Shade - 1 WR

16. DarkLight - 1 place, 42 pts, 51 seconds, 1 WR

24. Easton - 3 places, 67 pts, 24 seconds

51. Your Eliteness - 19 places, 965 pts, 12:55 in time (to enter the 2 Hour Club)

55. Dark Slayer - 20 places, 911 pts, 2:31 time, 1 WR

59. KillerSim7 - 19 places, 832 pts, 6:29 time

61. Ghus Dark - 19 places, 890 pts, 1 hour and 19:51 in time

80. dataDyne - 17 places, 531 pts, 3:42, 1 WR

Also, IMevolving and HighScore80 could possibly be eligable for the list, but they will not be included unless they fix their Infiltration SA time, as both of them seem to be claiming the World Record there right now. (?)

A very solid M/S list this month, that's great to see again!  Hopefully this is just the start of a big wave of PDing to sweep us right through the coming summer!

but i find it weird and freaky how me and highscore80 both post a WR we fix (i meant 2:41 not 1:41), have the same EXACt points points per a/sa/pa/total and points per level
AS WELL AS time per agent/sa/pa total!

whatsup with that
i checked our pages our pr's are way different?

O...k... this is weird.  I've never seen anything like this before...  The both of you are getting credit for whatever IMevolving's time if for each level.  Now that he fixed his page, the Infil SA thing will be under control... but we still won't have an accurate total for HighScore.  Pure crazy.

YOUSE!!!!  Check the code... what's going on here?

Wouter, you've never heard me mention 1000 point gainers?  I talk about it all the time, like when we had that 8 month straight of 1k gainers.  I even talked about how you had done it during that one month last year.

Yes, which is why I said "As a matter of fact, it is quite possible that this month will see not one..."  Hopefully all 4 of those guys will realize that they're getting very close to the mark, and play hard in the final two days here, so we can tie the record.

Yeah, there's nothing wrong with the HTML itself for either of you guys... not anymore, at least.  I'll talk to Youse about it tonight, and see what we can come up with.

Your Eliteness for POM, indubitably. His Investigation SA 2:15 is amazing, and he's still getting some really impressive times. I wasn't able to reach him in the rankings, he's a great player. :)  

KillerSim and dataDyne deserve a mention, because they're getting some great times too. ;)

Hmm, April's not over yet.  And I've gained over 100 points since this last update with my CI SA - 1:35 and CI PA 2:07.

So evidently I'm the second highest point gainer... It is still April you know.  ;)

Bryan; isn't there other stuff in GE you want to accomplish before it's over? Set some goal's for yourself. Like make 2nd place out of reach for everyone. Don't throw in the towel yet. :)

Lol, I find it weird that nobody else has passed Randy yet..

with that in mind, I doubt anybody will pass Bryan's and be 2nd place when Randy's 3rd place is already out of reach for them.

You guys have still got a few hours here to pad your stats... the way this is shaping up, it looks like you're going to need every last second.  Man, what a good month... It's going to be very interesting to see how these final stats turn out.

Oh, and looks like both Fal and Iggy are calling out the Un-named Rivarly Boys for NEXT month's POM.  Sounds like we're in for a showdown heading into the summer!

As for DarkLight, he doesnt deserve POM, for a mention yes. Those 1000points gainer are well placed to win POM. I'd like to vote for them, but I've did too much personnaly to do so. I passed Dark Avenger, AND Paragon in points. 5875 Total Points (Paragon will have 5862 with me in). I cut 1:19 off my total bringing to the lowest Overall Total Time any NTSC player ever reached.

Ngamer for decision.

and yeah, I too was in the elite far before I proved myself with videos. I just knew alot about the game and gave timesaving strats and such and I send tapes once I could, so it turned out all good.

Shade already has proof, and I don't doubt at all that he will be sending more. I think he's trustworthy and should be added.

Because shade kicks ass is why he needs proof of course.  I believe his times, although even if I myself were in charge of the elite I would require him to send in (more) proof before he be added again.  Hopefully he gets his tape(s) in soon.  It would be nice to see more "SH"s up there and less "SM"s.  Although "KS" would look the best.  :b :lol

Shade, why don't you just send another tape? I'm not saying you shouldn't be allowed back in otherwise, I'm not saying you should, I'm just saying that you should send another tape with the rest of your good times. That way no one will be able to complain. It makes sense, so just do it.

I dont have the time to put into making it atm. It should come very shortly with the end of the year and everything. And I'm willing to get more times on that aswell like Killersim said.

If it meant me getting back into the elite, then yes, I would certainly do it without question. (Even if I had the same amount of spare time as you, as I know that's going to be someone else's next post)
